Tried the “Krabby Patty” meal because I love SpongeBob. Absolutely not worth the $10 Burger was super flat and nothing was in it. Just a tiny bit of the ingredients. Taste wasn’t bad but for a $10 meal it wasn’t filling at all. In the photos I’m showing the burger I got compared to what Wendy’s advertised online. Wasn’t even half way close, not even 5% close
I have visited this Wendy's 3 times in the last 2 weeks. And 3 times in a row, they have forgotten items from my order. Neglected to give me the proper items that come with the orders as well. Like a salad with no utensils or BBQ sauce when I asked for ranch. I'm a very tolerant guy. And I don't get angry at the workers when they Ness up. But at the same time. They keep messing up. They need to be reminded that they need to do their job.
So, I've been going to different Wendy's since I was a kiddo. I was surprised after I purchased food at this one that I was told I couldn't take my normal-sized bag in the restroom. I had just purchased food. ???? If there's something I love, it's having to carry my tampons out in the open!! That just really makes my day. ????????????
After waiting at the drive through speaker for a bit with no response, the staff can over the speaker and told me to pull up to the first window. After getting to the window, the staff told me that I didn’t order at the speaker, so they couldn’t take my offer. I reminded them that they told me to pull forward, and they just shrugged at me because taking an order at the window would put me out of order with the only other car in the drive though and they couldn’t do that. So then they made me wait 5 minutes behind the car waiting at the second window to receive their food just to leave. Awful experience. Awful customer service. Will not return
Normally I get really good service and food from this place. But tonight...well, the cashier at the window gave me attitude. Dude, if you don't know what you are doing, don't work the window or in fast food. The food was nasty. My burgers were burnt beyond belief. I'm really disappointed by this. Like I said, I normally get really good food from this place and it saddens me that their service and quality have dropped like a lot of other fast food places.
We Got there at 10:30 am said they were transitioning to lunch menu it will be a bit before we get our food we were okay with that thinking it was going to be fresh well big disappointment we got our food 15 to 20 mins later patties we ice cold chesse was not even melted on the burgers and they were dry and disgusting. No I did not get up and let the manger /supervisor know we just left also before we even got fully in the building the front entrance smelt like human urine so bad yuck very disappointed won't be eating Wendys no more gross....oh yea we got the shits and throwing up no I do not recommend this Wendy's if I could of rated it a zero I would have .
Open until 11pm but stops serving chili at 10:30pm. Phone call
I work a night shift and would love a taco salad, apparently I can't get that menu item because they cleaned the chili pan out in preparation for getting off at 11pm, I worked there before. The chili bowl should not be cleaned out until closed, 11pm. Workers shouldn't go home at 11pm, they should have all menu items available until 11:00 p.m.. bad business, and I understand that they all want to go home, but menu items shouldn't be off the menu before closing time. All I wanted was a taco salad, and I used to work at this place when I was 17. I won't be coming back again as a customer.
