The Wendy's app let me order dine-in at this location while in the parking lot at 8:10pm on 9/1 (Sunday). I told the app to make my order because I was already here, but then the lobby was locked and I couldn't get inside, I was forced to sit in a drive thru line of 8 cars wrapped around the building and had to eat inside of my car.
May God be with you if my order is incorrect after this bs.
Edit: Partner came back from the bathroom. The doors were pull to open on the inside with sinks that were a bar to turn and off. This is a problem because there are no paper towel holders meaning with state standards, employees can not wash their hands properly. I probably wouldn't have eaten here would I have known that.... ????
Came to try the Krabby Patty. Over all it was good but I wish there was more sauce. The staff was nice but were very talkative. Not a bad thing except that the tables were kinda nasty. The floors were clean though so there's that! Would I go back? Probably but I don't think I'll dine in again
Think I'm done with this location for a while. They were pretty good last year, but service and quality of food has been poor over the last 9 months or so. The last 5-6 times we have gone there, one or more incorrect items, not hot or quality of product was not good.
All of the food is ice cold and I didn’t get a straw. This is the most ghetto Wendy’s you can possibly order form in Iowa. Absolute garbage. I’ve lived in Iowa my entire life and this Wendy’s has always been terrible. Not once have I ever not had a cold, dried out meal from this place. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.
Sandrah The manager 12/12/24 refused service due to company policies that do not exist and tried to make it out as if I "did not understand." Unprofessional and rude.
I don't know who the tatted up dude is in the drive through on the night of 6/13/24 but he was very respectful and polite. Has great people skills and provided a great response when the drink I asked for was out. Hope he gets promoted or a better job than Wendy's at least. If you're reading this bro you have the right attitude to go places. This 5 star across the board review is for him only I don't know about the other employees.
Went through the drive Ordered a chicken blt bag. Soda was watered down and flat like it had been sitting all day and wrong. Fries were cold. Nuggets were spicy and cold. Chicken on sandwich was so old it was dry and not edible. Called the store and they were closed... called the next day and was told they didn't believe me and hung up.....
One of the worst fast food restaurants I have ever been to. Our bill was $28, ate maybe $5 of it. Fries were ice cold and brown in color, guessing vats haven't been cleaned in awhile. My bottom bun of my sandwich was broke in half so almost impossible to eat. Forgot to give us straws, even though we had 3 drinks. Went inside to grab some and the kid behind the counter just laughed. Maybe customer service skills might be something worth teaching as they go through their training. This is our first experience ordering food, the 1st time they wouldn't let us order through the drive thru because we didn't have the app and they were short staffed. Called in the morning to discuss this with the manager who apologized and wanted to give us free food they could apply to our app. That was the problem , we don't have the app. Not from the area and we don't have a Wendy's. Why would we have the app? Kicking myself for trying their establishment again as I'm still not feeling well hours after eating there. Save your time and money and find another fast food chain. 0 out of 0
