I ordered a salad add bacon and they gave me expired parmesan pieces and they smelled horrible like spoiled milk. Exp - June 17, 2024 today is October 13th 2024 disgusting and unacceptable.
Food was good but that’s about all that’s good about this place. The manager screaming at employees in front of customers. employee’s touching food, then their phones, then back to touching customer’s food. Employee’s giving attitude for everything, even came down to “it’s in the bag” when asked about sauce, even though it was absolutely not in the bag. Acted out over 4 orders, and don’t forget the constant side eye while waiting for our food. Couldn’t give me a receipt. Absolutely horrible service, I will not be returning. They used to have a good team of employees that did their job and did just that. This crew acts as if it was a huge problem to even have you in their store.
we should be able to give a zero rating! In recent years this Wendy's has hired young people who don't understand basic common decency, nor do they CLEARLY appear to have any basic rudimentary, home training and etiquette. The food is burnt; they greet you very rudely; they slam your food at you; the drinks are always spilling over unsealed tops or they have been spilled at the fountain and hand it to the customer wet dripping and now your car is sticky.
Don't dare go in to eat. The attitude ordering at the service counter is flagrantly slipshod, and if you dine in, the tables are filthy dirty, you could eat off a animal shelter's floor cleaner than their tables. The food is unedible, because they*(young adult managers*, with what appears to be little to no serious management training/overhead monitoring nor basic understanding of how cooking food and serving it to the general public is a health and safety standard they should always follow) are not monitoring how these young kids(just there for basic paycheck), prepare food according to the Health and Food Administration, and OSHA standard guidelines. It's only after I've eaten at Wendy's of recent that I have felt violently ill, because I don't believe these kids are preparing our food fresh. I vow not to visit Wendy's ever again.
This has to be the most unruly and unprofessional Wendy’s I ever encountered. I am a local Lyft driver picking up a client and one of the employees by the name of Tiffany was literally attacking her as she was getting into my car. This woman was so violent I was afraid for my own safety. This woman clearly needs to be fired!! I will be calling and speaking to the district manager to file a formal complaint!
I Ordered a spicy ghost pepper chicken sandwich meal, no sauce, no tomatoes, & no crispy onions. I checked my meal bc it’s ALWAYS wrong at 61st, I get my sandwich and it only had lettuce on it. The lady at window with very little to no knowledge to the environment she works at tells me “it only says lettuce”, I showed her my digital receipt and says it’s just no sauce, tomatoes, crispy onions and I say, “well does it come with no cheese?” I argue w her for about 3 minutes until she’s says “get me cheese” to the dude in the back (manager I think bc he was wearing a blue shirt). My thing is if you gone you know everything be right at least lol. Pls stay in school yall.
These fools didn’t give me no burger but all bun ‼️ I asked for a double cheeseburger only ketchup ….. it shouldn’t have been that hard for the big back girl in the drive thru sipping on her orange juice to comprehend what that means. I called to tell y’all what happened and you said I called the wrong Wendy’s lol, pathetic and rude ???? be smooth y'all.
One of the worst Wendy’s around. Rude asf they don’t even let you finish talking when you’re trying to order your food. How many times can you mess up something so simple like “2(egg and cheese ENGLISH MUFFINs(NOT THEM DRY ASS BISCUIT -$3”! Instead of cutting people off let them finish so that way you can do your job right! I don’t understand… if you don’t like people why work a customer service job!
I would rate this place a zero if I could! The staff and manager is so rude and they do not treat customers good. My daughter almost chocked on her chicken wrap there was a big plastic piece that you use on the end of bread in it. I called to talk to the manager just so she was aware what is being served she did not care one bit she said its a bunch of high school kids that work here and I can't watch them all. Obviously she didn't train them that good either. I would never go back to this location they need to be closed down!
