Just left waited in drive-thru line for over 30 minutes. With only 5 cars in front of me. I assumed they were short staffed and waited patiently. When I got to the window I saw several staff working, so not sure the issue. I was not greeted at all. Staff was unapologetic for the long wait. She handed me my food after another few minutes wait and of course my order was wrong…I let her know I was missing an order of fries. Once again no apology. She just walked away to get the fries and handed to me like I was such an inconvenience that they made a mistake. I said thank you. No response.. so I said thank you again. Absolutely awful experience and below average food. My junior bacon cheeseburger had BBQ sauce on it. Just not made properly and poor management. I was going to fill out a survey but she purposely did not give me a receipt. Will not return to this Wendy’s or any other Wendy’s.
Celebrated my son’s birthday, and he wanted to top it off with Wendy’s. Despite previous disappointing experiences, we gave it another shot, spending $37. Unfortunately, the same issues came up. Our order was wrong yet again. I ordered regular nuggets, only to find a mix with spicy ones hidden beneath a few regular ones – not ideal for kids. I ordered an Asiago Chicken Sandwich, but it came with American cheese instead. I understand the rush of fast food, but it’s frustrating when basic accuracy isn’t met. It feels like the focus is just on clearing the line, not quality. This seems to be a consistent issue, so if you do go, double-check your order before leaving. Just hoping for a little care and accuracy when we’re paying for it.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by Wendy’s. Recently, I had a very negative experience that left me deeply disappointed.
First, I made a payment of US$ 20, while my order was US$ 17. However, I did not receive the correct change, which highlights a failure in the payment process. Additionally, I ordered an ice cream along with the 4 Nuggets, and I waited over 15 minutes to receive it. The product was only brought to me after I returned to the window and complained, which indicates a lack of attention and efficiency in the service.
I would also like to point out that when I tried to resolve these issues, I spoke to a staff member wearing glasses, whom I believe holds a managerial position. Unfortunately, this person was extremely rude to me. This was the second time I have been treated disrespectfully by the same employee, which is unacceptable.
These problems left me extremely dissatisfied, and I believe that quality service is essential to maintain customer trust. I kindly request that the company take the necessary steps to ensure that such incidents do not happen again and that improvements are made in the service provided.

The people were rude. Food was horrible. I have never had worse food at Wendy's than last night. While I was in the drive through I saw roaches crawling on their equipment. My mom and son got sick from the burgers. The fries were cold and old. The top of my bun was so hard I threw it in the street. Will never be back to this nasty Wendy's!!! 45$$$ to be sick!!!!!
Ordered drive through pickup and my husband went to go get it. They instructed him to go to the door where he waited for 10 minutes. Never came out. He re-entered the drive through and they reluctantly gave him our food.
He came home and I took a bite of my Dave’s double to find a piece of black hair in my bite. My husband returned to the store to ask for our money back or for them to remake our food. They refused. Said that it was corporates problem and made him leave.
That lady with the bald head that be at the window she act like you're not even there. She doesn't talk if she's rude as hell she gets smart at the drive-through speaker like she hasn't been working There for about three years maybe more She needs a better attitude. I got a 10 piece garlic, Parmesan saucy nuggets. Why are my nuggets spicy when I got regular and why are my nuggets not saucy?
Wendy's is my first choice for a salad at a fast food restaurant....but something was off about this one, the cashier was nice though
My burger was sloppy when I unwrapped it.Also the lady through the drive thru had an attitude.
