We ordered the single deluxe cheeseburger meals, 2 of them. The burgers were made very well, they looked very good and they tasted very good as well! They were very flavorful. The staff was nice and the place was clean. Overall a great experience, would definitely go back.
I pulled up at 12 am having placed my order on Doordash. I show my details to the lady at the window (older woman, wears glasses, has an accent). She asks me to show the location as she can’t see my order. I handed her my phone and showed her that we are at her store. She tell me to pull into a parking space and confirm the order was for that location. Not only did I get customer support to send the exact address, but they also contacted that Wendy’s asking why my order wasn’t on their screen. When I pulled back up she refused to make my order even after confirming that doordash had contacted to confirm the order. I was driving with a baby 12 am. This is the most ridiculous experience ever, I am FUMING. Train your staff better Wendy’s, I paid for my order, I should receive it.
Tried not giving my change and say they did had them check camera and boom there they are selling my money. Not my only incident here too.
Done thru open late and the food was hot, fast, tasty and accurate when it was handed to me
Just went. Says they are open until 1 a.m. It is 10:40 p.m. Waited for 10 minutes in the drive thru line to get to the speaker to be told it is closed. False advertising. Change your website or talk to your employees to not close early.
fries and coke were amazing quiet place though but good food and service the atmosphere was great
My experience at the streamwood wendys was all around an amazing experience!! Alex especially was wonderful!! Great customer experience and service!! This boy definitely deserves a raise!! Definitely coming back for his service and personality.

2 fish cheese and a small fries , sandwich bun fresh , but fish was not cooked fresh , its dry and slightly warm , look like from the bin , fries was not real hot just from bin. I am very disappointed , its was not we are expected , we were hungry and tired after spend day in hospital . When you charge people make sure your deliver the best , my money was not free and discarded just like fish you serve.
