Honestly speaking, this is one of the best Wendy’s that I think that I have been to a long time. We ordered the baconator burgers. And the pomegranate lemonade was very good as well. The burgers were fresh and hot. Would’ve given for stars of the fries were fresh too, but they were a little cool. It was busy, but there is not a long wait time to order or receive food and the customer service agents were really nice.
We went inside to do a to-go order around lunch time. We should have gone through the drive thru. It took a good 15 min to get our food (3 of us) and they were out of many drinks so we had to ask them to do our drinks from their to-go fountain machine. They were nice. We just caught them at a bad time apparently.
Food was a bit greasy than normal. Fries were cold, coke machine not working. Smells like dirt mop. I had to stop at dollar general to get some TUMS after eating there.
We decided to go to Wendy's on Church rd around 2:30 yesterday Afternoon. Normally don't eat fast food but this brown bag lunch was fresh and on point. Even customer service in drive thru was 5 star, ????. I was surprised that they got the Dr. Pepper with the right ratio of Sprite mix, to the T.
Good food, Good Staff.. Manager on duty was too attentive and polite... The Manager answer the question and she don't get irritate, while I asked couple of questions towards food and ingredients... Sorry to say.. only one observation.. lobby and table was not clean
Great Wendy's store. Premises were very clean and tidy, staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Ordered tge honey butter chicken combo. Food came out hot, potatoes were fresh, everything was fresh. Very pleasant experience. Well done.
I came to this location. Drive through was horrible. No greeting the customers at the window. I gave a young man at the window my money, he gives me back extra, then wasn’t nice at all. I thank him though! Treat ppl right!
left out over half of my food. so went back inside and i got accused of stealing chicken nuggets. They messed up my bacon burger as well, so I asked them to fix it, and she said i didn’t get a bacon burger. As i had my mobile order receipt and a physical receipt. The manager refused to fix my order and said i hid food in my glovebox and was stealing.
