Best WLM Reviews
Whoever worked on 12/22/24 at 11pm the whole crew was amazing thank you so much for helping me after having a horrible experience at the location on 23rd ave and camelback you guys are amazing. I truly appreciate it after having a long exhausting day at work I just wanted some quick good food and you guys made it fresh and good you turned my bad experience into a great one this night crew deserves a raise lol
Ordered 2 potatoes they were cooked great but only got 2 butter and 2 sour cream for both my friend and i to split between us. That was not enough for both us to put enough sour cream and butter on each of our potatoes. I wanted more and offered to pay and cashier wouldn't do it because it was busy.
Drive thru sucked. Female who tooj my order was so so ok. I did not get a spoon for my chili. The male worker who handed me my food out the window was on a phone & didn't even look at me, he forgot handing me my drink when he went to either clisr window or talk to the other employee he sees my drink & looks at me like oh she must be waiting for this.
Every time I come here they under portion the fries. This is what I got. And no there isn’t any in the bag. This is just what they gave me.
Came to the drive thru to order a krabby patty meal! Service was great! Coming home to see how it tastes! Will be doing a food review!
One of the best Wendy's I've been to since being in AZ. The freestyle machine had ALL the drinks and flavors available, which is a rarity. Got spicy nuggs and spicy honey bbq sauced nuggs. Both we good and fries were fresh and crispy. I'll drive 20 minutes to go back to this location instead of the one on 35th Ave and baseline which is 3 blocks away from me but not so great.
Uncooked chicken and chewy so disgusted.
I just want a refund man.
They never answer the food.
Poor customer service.
I ordered the ghost pepper habanero chicken sandwich.
Almost always get my order correct, love ordering in the app for all the extra coupons ❤️❤️❤️ the air conditioner is kind of funky at times though... kind of feel bad for the employees ❤️❤️ they makeup for it with great customer service though ...especially the drive-thru lady with the streaks... PLEASE NEVER DO AWAY WITH THE BIGGIE BAGS, AND BRING BACK THE $1.99 KIDS MEALS ❤️❤️ well maybe 299 now that the world's crazy
