Came through this morning for breakfast, ordered two burritos, and both were destroyed items. Whomever is making the food clearly doesn't care for their job. This was, of course, after waiting in a parking stall for ten minutes. I wouldn't recommend this location to locals or travelers about.
Don’t get to Wendy’s much, but when we do, we come to this location and always do a big order, including the family size nuggets. Been here a handful of times usually it’s pretty dead and the staff that they have working does not care is rude and has zero people skills… Wish I had gotten his name, but who knows if he even still works there. But this time was totally different. June 30, 2024. The entire staff was on point extremely friendly, extremely helpful. It was around 6pm on a Sunday super busy , I asked for items dropped fresh. They did everything perfect! They brought the order to my car as it was a large order, only thing that was forgotten was a side of buffalo sauce, but not a big deal. The young gentleman working said well you should still get what you paid for , I hope THIS staff never leaves this location. These people are doing their jobs. Fantastic over the top. With how expensive fast food is these days, It’s so nice to get people that actually care about what they’re doing!
These ladies at the drive thru were a fun and welcoming crowd.
Note: the won't swap out soft drink for frosty, forcing you to buy a frosty. Had to try the caramel frosty as the ladies suggested, and that did not disappoint.
Long story short was told to pull around to the front and they would bring my food out shortly. 15 minutes later and countless other vehicles that went thru drive thru i called and they didn't know what happened to my food. Just have customers wait at the window next time.
This is the third time, in one month. I have received my order. drove home and find out that the only two things I requested not be on my sandwich. Was in fact very much there! Even though I asked kindly if they would be able to double check
Yet again paid my extra 1.20 for bacon this is the 4th time and no bacon on the burger! Wait 15 to 20 mins when order on web and live 2 city blocks from you, what's going on? And feel you owe me a slim kids burger if nothing else come on all the fast serves place in Delavan just suck now! I worked my hour and paid you didn't get what I ordered once again...this is not right
And the baked potatoes gotta cook 3 to 4 more mins to even eat and nothing for toppings on them total money rip off these are, your local please upscale, and nobody contacts you back
Sometimes, they get the order right, and some times they don't. It's been about 50/50 for me. I've learned to check the bag before I drive away.
The employee who took my family's order was super helpful with suggesting food, was friendly and visibly a hard worker. I witnessed this employee do at least three different things while we are here. The bathrooms were clean, the food was good and the atmosphere was nice! There was some damage in the ceiling I think from it leaking but it seemed like they were mid fixing it. I would definitely recommend eating here. ????
