Don't know what is going on here. Apparently, the standards at Wendy's are sadly not uniform from store to store.
Gave this place another try today. Changing from 3 stars to 1 star.
Pulled up to the order kiosk, at the drive-thru, and waited... and waited. After saying, "Hello", waiting longer, and watching the guy behind me inch impatiently closer to my rear bumper in his big dirty GMC SUV, "Is anybody back there?" To both no one answered, so I drove up to the pay window.
Even though the window was closed, and tinted, I could see a girls big grin from my car. Apparently that someone was waiting in the drive-thru, unnoticed, was funny to her. It was not funny to me. They did not have a good explanation as to why they were standing there yawing while two vehicles sat in the drive-thru waiting for an inexcusable amount of time. This would not have happened had someone simply been WATCHING a monitor.
My second issue was with my order: A 1/4 cheeseburger. They put it on a bun that you use for a junior cheeseburger. I guess they thought that I wouldn't notice that the bun was too small for the burger. If they had run out of the appropriate buns, why didn't someone say something? Maybe I could have adjusted my order to something else.
Just cheap, sloppy, paying no attention to anything that they're doing, service.
Don't even bother with this Wendy's. Drive right on by.

They are promoting the new Triple Berry Frosty, so I decided to try one. I ordered a large, and when he handed it to me I did notice that it didn't come all the way up to the top, I just didn't notice that it was as bad as it was. I essentially paid for a large Frosty, but got a medium Frosty in a large cup.
Theres just good people working here, always nice. One guy with a mustache remembered that my girl likes the burger with only cheese and saved me one time. I never write good reviews for places but this place always solid.
Seemingly closes at random times during the night. Twice ive placed mobile orders only to get there and its closed during hours that should be open. The hours need to be updated and they shouldnt be accepting mobile orders if its closed.
If you pay with tap to pay on your phone, the workers seemingly have no idea how to use it. They will tell you its not working after multiple failed attempts, if you ask them to do it yourself it works just fine.
App coupons seemingly dont work at the store. You get there, place an order, when you get to the window and they scan it they always say it doesnt work. Last time they said some system was "offline" or something. But then you can place a mobile order with that same deal right after and it works fine.
This place seems to never be able to hear when I pull up to the order speaker so I have to go to the window instead. Don't try to pay with a $100 dollar bill because they never have change to give you!!!

Drive thru was problematic & eventually had to go inside to pick up my mobile order.
FOOD: Readable for the cost. Chicken nuggets were burnt. dipping sauce was missing. Customized drink size & burger fixings were correct.
SERVICE: Quick
Food and service has been consistent across our visits.
The Wendy's mobile app and the drive-thru at this location have worked efficiently for us.
Believe these low reviews. 1. I heard mice while in the drive thru line making a ton of noise near some sort of food storage bin. 2. I was so hungry I still got my food and I am ashamed. 3. The drive they person purposefully withheld the sauce that came with my meal. I started looking in my bag to confirm and he said oh did you need the sweet and sour sauce you ordered? What do you think, Sherlock?
I’m not sure why the young lady in here decided to tell me that they were baking sugar cookies and it would be 35 min before they were ready. My younger autistic sister has been waiting since last week for this treat but 35 min is too long for anyone to wait around for cookies and this girl knew that. I could see the cookies needing cooling time but even that doesn’t take 35 whole minutes so really thanks a lot lady. I hope you have a GREAT DAY!!! And yes I mean that aggressively!????
Very clean, we are inside. Food was very fresh, hot fries. Orange cream soda! Good friendly service!
