Pretty bad experience today. Ahead of me in line was a lady who had a pretty large order, so I figured there would be a bit of a wait; no problem. They didn’t pull the lady ahead of me up, so I waited behind her for several minutes until it was finally my turn. When I got to the window, I was handed my drinks; when I asked for a drink carrier, the employee turns around without saying a word and doesn’t come back for a while. While I’m waiting, the window is wide open and one of the employees is dropping f-bombs loudly. I used to be a QSR manager, and anyone with any sense knows that’s the number 1 thing you don’t do. Once I was handed my food, I had to ask for the drink carrier again and ask for straws. After checking the bag as best I could (they piled everything on top of each other to where I would’ve had to remove every item to see what was at the bottom), I pulled off. The staff were overall very unprofessional, and by the time I left there was a line of cars behind me after being in line for over 30 minutes. Once I got home, I discovered that they forgot dipping sauces, one of our fries, and utensils/napkins.
I definitely got the vibe today that there were only young, inexperienced kids there. Their age is not the issue (I’ve been in their shoes), but their attitude and seeming lack of care is.
Closed at 6:56pm on a Wednesday? Are the hours on the door only a requirement for corporate?
Pathetic!!! Avoid it his poorly ran junk restaurant.
If you don’t have the ability to operate based on your advertised hours, I doubt you put any effort into preparing a proper meal.

This place sucks! Waited over 45 mins for a mobile order. Watched about 6-7 cars drive
Off from the drive thru cause no one took their order. We went in and there’s nothing but kids working here. Manager yelling at workers because they gave them too many drinks… never coming back here again
Wendy’s continues it stellar track record of disappointing service. Just after noon on a Monday and the Springfield , KY dining room is locked up. Since I’m in a truck I can’t go through the drive through.

Some of the nastiest food I’ve ever got. Tried to take all my kids there couldn’t get any of the food right and it was all cold as hell. Got charged for 2 extra meals and had to the receipt and couldn’t even get what I paid for. They need to shut this place down.
Does a hop skip and jump over town so that's the only Wendy's for probably like 10 me food was cold the the person at the window had a attitude the person who gave me my food was very nice and the guy who gave me my drink was nice this town could use a McDonald's

I'm from NW IN
My father went up there and purchased two Asiago Chicken Sandwich meals and was given two burger meals instead. Fries were undercooked, some still raw. Only good thing out of this Wendy's were the flavored lemonades. Wouldn't recommend.
