ordered online several times with my mom. this time genuinely has us considering never ordering here again.
ordered our food from the app and it never arrived. an hour after it was supposed to, we’re told our order has been sent to the wrong person and got cancelled. my mom called the support number she was given and they told her it would take 10-12 business days to receive her money back.
so she calls the restaurant since she was told they could speed up the process. the woman who answered was extremely rude to her and acted like it wasn’t her problem. the manager then told her to hang up, and she did. the worker hung up in the middle of my mom’s phone call!
extremely horrible service multiple times and when we reached out we were spoken to like animals. staff is rude, inattentive, and handles issues incredibly irresponsibly. wouldn’t order here if you actually want to eat your food.
Absolutely terrible I went on the 2nd of September 2024 at 5:00pm to get a spicy chicken sandwich; the lady failed to tell us they were out of lettuce until we got our sandwiches and then gave us an attitude; the spicy chicken was really stiff and the fries were cold. Everyone on this shift deserves to be fired; they aren’t worth paying at all. These people wonder why they don’t get paid more than 15 an hour?! Because you don’t care about your customers the managers should be ashamed of themselves to let this type of behavior continue. Be an adult and grow up.
Called about an order issue. After being informed that they gave my order to someone else, the employee refused to put the manager on the phone though I could hear her in the background. I was told that they don’t know how to refund my purchase and then the rude little girl hung up on me. I have called corporate and have had the issue escalated. They need better people working there if they wish to maintain a positive image with the community. Very unprofessional staff and management.
We ordered food about 30 minutes prior to arriving and ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes for our order to get filled. We were on the road and were trying to grab something quick and keep going. When we arrived they were not even aware of the order.
The bathrooms were horrible and our feet stuck to the floor in the lobby while we waited.
I do not recommend this as a quick stop for food.
I'd avoid this Wendy's. All I can say is nasty!! The service is slow and not very professional. We stood at the counter while the clerk made 5 other food trays while looking right at us. When you look back at the kitchen area, it's nasty! Gordon Ramsey would shut it down. Our fries and chili sat on the tray on the counter for every bit of 6-8 minutes while our burgers were prepared. The burgers were very sloppy and ill-prepared. Chili didn't taste like the Wendys chili I know and love. The dining room and restrooms were simply awful. I'd never go back and definitely wouldn't recommend it.
the fine dime working the drive thru tonight 8/13/24 9:00pm. Makes ya want to drive through the drive thru a dozen times to order! The service is excellent!
Was greeted with this for to go? They obviously didn’t want any body eating in lobby No smile. Rude as all get out. Restaurant is dirty. Drink dispenser is gross and barely had anything in it.
All doors were locked at 11 am. Couldn’t get inside lobby saw several workers going in and out locking the door behind them. Only drive thru open and I sat for 30 mins waiting for just me and one other car. Service was rude. Seems like dying store that no one takes interest in.
