The best time to go here is for breakfast/lunch time after 3 it's horrible service the restaurants smells of dirty mop water.. The tables were sticky no one looks professional like you wouldn't want them fixing your food we got frosties and went took the one off Parallel. Totally different they need to close this one. Reopen and do drug test ????. Being a drug counselor I spot a user by the way she breathes.
With the homeless camp nearby they decided to hire users..
Worst Wendy’s ever they made me wait 10 minutes to order a simple meal and the lady kept telling me to calm down (even though I was waiting perfectly patiently without saying a word) I don’t know what her problem was and why she kept getting frustrated over everything..
Staff great, food hot and fresh. Clean dining room. Disappointed there were so many flavors not available is the soda fountain.
The food was good but me and my wife's cheese was not melted on our sandwiches and the chicken was not really hot just barely warm but overall it was good.
We got the Southwest Avocado Salad and the 4 for 4 meal with a small drink, and I can hands down say this is the best service I have had in my life! Our cashier, Brennan was very professional and polite. The inside of here is very nice and brought up to date and the food was super fresh. I will definitely look forward to coming in here again. This is my favorite Wendy's spot.
Counter staff and manager did not know how to enter app discount because their code would not scan. Ordered a wrap, came in 3 pieces because it fell apart. No pop in lobby. Burger was just throw together, very sloppy. But the fries were good
I was served raw chicken. The wife convinced me to go get some grub after work. Ordered a spicy chicken combo with cheese and ketchup. Halfway through my sandwich I took a bite and thought it was fat or gristle. To my surprise it was raw chicken I was eating. My wife took the meal back up to the counter while I excused myself to literally vomit in the bathroom. My wife was refunded only the cost of my meal and I was given a replacement sandwich (as if I was going to eat it) which was not made the way I ordered it originally. The cook came out from the kitchen and said he split open the new sandwich to ensure it was cooked. As a professionally trained chef I find it baffling that he said he split it open to ensure quality instead of temping the food. I don't eat fast food often and after this experience I may never eat at a Wendy's again in my life. Pictured is the new sandwich that was given to me with wilted lettuce, again not how I ordered it. They kept the raw one I ate half of.
Honestly, this was a noteworthy Wendy's experience. Custom order (baconator no bun no ketchup mayo on the side... don't judge me in trying to do keto) delivered faster than we could even pay. And it was delicious. 10/10 would visit this Wendy's again.
