I had a fantastic experience with my Wendy's mobile order tonight! Catherine was incredible, working with the speed and efficiency of five people to complete my order and others. She was impressively fast, and I hope her employer recognizes her hard work.

I was driving by and wanted a coffee. So I ordered their cold brew large with a chocolate chunk cookie. You can’t go wrong great combination!
Catherine was the nicest "fast food' worker I've encountered. I bought two Caramel Frostys at 10:20pm and she had them ready asap, plus a great, humanizing interaction. I would recommend this location to anyone. Please read Alan Watts 'The Chinese Farmer' Story :-)
Wendy's was pretty average overall. The food was fine—about what you’d expect from fast food. The burgers and fries were decent, and service was quick enough. However, the bathrooms were really disappointing. They were filthy and didn’t seem like they had been cleaned in a while, which definitely took away from the experience. It’s hard to enjoy a meal when the rest of the place feels unkempt. If they cleaned up the bathrooms, it would be a much better experience.
The girl almost forgot my Frosty's, didn't bag them. Forgot my dipping sauce, I didn't get my points on my account.
Then when I got home my chili had HARD beans in it. The chili is going down hill.
I did a drive-thru at Wendy's and ordered food. The food was warm no complaints about the food but the service I received from the young man through the drive-thru was absolutely rude. He did not offer ketchup I had to ask for it and before I pulled away I checked for everything and realized he did not give us. We did not have straws in our bags so I asked a young man for the straws he copped an attitude and handed me the straws and says is there anything else you need. Was such attitude. Regardless of what industry you're in you have to remember you are the client we are the customers we are the ones who purchase the food and get your paycheck then you don't get to earn a paycheck you get less hours. So always be polite treat others the way you want to be treated
This by far is the worst Wendy's ever. They act like they're doing you a favor by serving you when you're a paying customer! I don't know what happened over the last couple months. New management Maybe? I'm unsure, but they need to talk to their drive through crew. And teach them some manners. When you ask for something that you're paying for it should be given to you the way you expect it without a side of attitude. If you don't wanna work there are plenty others that do! A job is something your getting paid to do not socialize and act like you couldn't be bothered. Do better Wendy's Lake Pleasant!
Bought a biggis bag and the burger was a disappointment. It was a jr bacon burger and the gave me 1/2 slice of bacon in it. Wint order it again.
