Drive Thru employee was very rude. I stated I was charged 3 drinks instead of 2 and he said NO you ordered 3. I was like no, I need one removed and he just looked at me like... asked for a manager and he took care of it. Park in the parking lot to eat and find my nuggets cold and soggy. Driving 18hrs from TX this was very disappointing. I didn't even bother to go back in and ask for fresh nuggets or a refund. Drove down the street, found a Chipotle and had way better service and meal before heading back on the road.
Several Items Missing From Order, Charged Service Fee, and paid $2 tip for incomplete order. Could not select number of sauces for fries or nuggets. No napkins or utensils. And the order arrived 10 minutes after estimated time, 50 minutes after the order was placed. I want a refund. I literally only ordered because of the $0 in-app delivery offer and it was still a waste of money. I didn't even get the largest, most expensive item in my order. A third of my order was missing.
I have never had a single good experience eating here. Which stinks because it’s super convenient. Sadly however, the employees are either rude or inept. The food suffers as a result. I literally recommend you starve before going to this specific location. Wendy’s isn’t bad everywhere, but here it is quite awful. Cheers!

Food is expensive and I seriously feel like I just wasted my money here.
Clean, good service, hot food, freestyle pop machine and outdoor seating. This is a great place to pop in for a quick meal. We've never had an issue at all here and appreciate the modern dining room. The parking lot is easy in and out as well. The dining room is never full but the drive thru fills up quick. Luckily they seem to handle that quickly every time as well.
placed an online order. was told to pull forward when i got there. waited over 15 minutes. no one came to car. went back through drive thru to tell them no one had brought my order. (i had kids in car and couldn’t get out to go to the lobby.) the girl in drive thru got smart and said she tried to bring it to me but i drove away. no. i drove around and that took a minute. no apology. i believe the manager overheard and didn’t step in and say anything. tried calling and have left several voicemails over many days. never got a person, never got a call back. normally the guys working are pleasant and courteous. was disappointed in the team member and my experience. sad i had to come online since i couldn’t speak to anyone in the store.
Greatest Wendy's in Northwest Indiana I literally drive all the way from Merrillville to go to this Wendy's specifically because of how amazing the customer service is and how great of a product this specific location consistently puts out specifically breakfast but at all times no matter what meal whether it's breakfast lunch or dinner they kill it at this location with phenomenal customer service and consistency which is a very difficult quality to come by nowadays.... Sincerely big shout out to all the employees at Wendy's in St John on 41 you guys are the greatest! ????????❤️
I just took my kids to the drive thru and there’s this African American lady that helped us that was extremely rude, used foul language in front of my kids and started threatening to spit in my food. She should be fired immediately, and I hope she never works again.
