The place was fine. The service was quick. The food that I had was so so. I had the grilled chicken wrap. It was very bland. The wrap was big and had chicken and lettuce with shredded cheese and a small amount of ranch dressing on it (small enough I could hardly taste it. Also, french fries were not hot. YUK.....
The summer strawberry salad is back!!! I love this salad and the dressing that comes with it. The food is fresh and hot. Customer service was wonderful. It's very hard to find employees at fast food restaurants or any restaurants who knows how to treat customers with respect and kindness, during this time in the world. This Wendy's location is clean. I appreciate the employees at Wendy's!!!!
Stopped by for breakfast today. I ordered the 2 for $3 sausage biscuit and med coffee. The biscuit was so hard I had to give it back. She said “It will be a five minute wait for fresh biscuits” I asked for a crescent. The crescent was soft but the sausage was hard as a rock! Now the coffee.. tastes like water! ????????♀️ Just do better ????
Just had the worst experience I've ever had at this Wendy's. First off the employees all looked like they were being held captive. No one had a smile or an ounce of cheer. They all looked like they wanted to quit. Second the floors in the kitchen were a disaster. You could clearly see from the dinning room area it had not been swept or mapped in a long time. Next the drink machine had little to no options left for soft drinks. What is the point of having machines that offer hundreds of options and combinations, if they don't stock the syrups the machine needs to work properly? Finally the food was mediocre at best. My baconator fries barely had cheese on them and the bacon was bunched up like it was just tossed together with no care.In conclusion this Wendy's trip was highly disappointing.
Ordered a 10 piece saucy nugget meal, as well as other stuff spent almost $40 and received a 7 piece saucy nugget. This is the 3rd time I'm either missing food or have gotten incomplete orders. Choosing to spend my hard earned money at your establishment should not equate to getting shorted and just good enough service. However this review is only being written after multiple times of trying to remedy this at the local level, so there is multiple things this location could work on. I would suggest spending money elsewhere, until they get there issues figured out.
The food was good. The line was long and slow moving. It appeared the crew working was having to work the front counter as well as the drive thru. P
Wendy's - do I need to say more? We were there mid-afternoon so they weren't real busy. The sitting area and bathrooms were clean. Our order was taken and food was ready within a couple of minutes. I do not reccomend the tripleberry Frosty!
I just had one of the best Wendy’s burgers I have ever had, at this location. We’re on a long road trip to see family, and stopped by for lunch. My burger was absolutely perfect: the lettuce, tomato, and onion were still cold and very fresh and crispy, the burger patty was hot and juicy, they didn’t put too much condiments on, the bun was toasted perfectly. Even the fries were hot and perfectly salted. Service was great at the drive thru. This Wendy’s gets a gold star in my book, y’all!
