I had a disappointing experience at Wendy’s recently. When we pulled up to the speaker, we asked politely for a moment to decide on our order, and the staff member was initially nice and said okay. However, ordering turned out to be more difficult than expected due to several misunderstandings. When I ordered spicy buffalo sauce, they mistakenly heard BBQ, which I corrected politely.
When we pulled up to the window, I realized I had a coupon for a free Jr. Frosty. I mentioned it, thinking it would be okay, but was met with a surprisingly hostile response. The staff told me I should have mentioned it at the speaker, which I wasn’t aware of as it’s not stated on the coupon. I apologized and said it wasn’t a big deal if it couldn’t be added, but they kept insisting I “needed to know for next time,” which felt unnecessary.
Finally, as I was trying to pay using Apple Pay, the staff member abruptly snapped, “HOLD IT,” in a tone that came across as very rude. It felt like she didn’t want to be there, and the overall experience left a bad taste. The name on the receipt was Aleena.
This is the second time I ordered from this location this week and they still can’t get it right. The first time I had it delivered through doordash I ordered a six piece spicy chicken nugget and a classic chicken sandwich meal add bacon bacon was missing, there was only two nuggets in the container, fries were cold, coke was not filled up all the way, the ranch for my nuggets wasn’t even in the bag. This time I went I ordered the same thing but got a 4 piece instead of six didn’t receive the nuggets or the ranch.
Been here about 3 times. Food is always cold. Fries always soggy or undercooked. Customer service is the literal worst lol. Used my app points to redeem a free burger, didn't get it lmao. And also if you're trying to go between the times of 9pm-12 midnight. Better being cash because the closing manager always says "Only accepting cash right now."
As prices continue to rise, I'm very disappointed with the service that you provide. I went through drive-thru at this location and it was a challenge to even be acknowledged by the person that was taking my money and giving me the food. I even mentioned the fact that I was saying hello and greeting the people who are at the window and their response was" oh we're good" I let the people know that no, WE'RE not good because you didn't bother to at least say hello. I even made a joke of here take my money when I handed my card and they were just zombies. If I don't pay money for food that I'm getting through a drive-thru, there's very little expectations but the least that I expect is to be acknowledged that I'm there giving my money and buying the food. I may sound crazy but I feel like that's the very least that I should get when going to an establishment and paying money for food. When there are so many options for fast food, I have very little interest in spending my money at a place that can't provide basic human decency.
The foods was good. The service was good. Family oriented atmosphere. I am the type of person that takes apart my food to rebuild it but it was made very nicely ????
When to Wendy's in metro took 10 mins to get my order in and it was a dbl stack biggie bag just 1 the 2 people behind me in line got there food the people 2 orders ahead of me got there order all messed up. I'm assuming they used my burger to fix there order cuz it took mine 15 mins . It was ridiculous
I always go after 10 when my daughter gets off of work. The manager (an older Mexican lady) is the sweetest person ever. She is o nice and the staff she has are really nice too. Typical fast food but served with an actual smile.
Good experience. The food was good as always. I love the Chili here. Nuggets are really good and the baked potatoes are decent for fast food. Burgers are decent, and the fries go well with the burgers. The Frostys are pretty amazing, although they really should keep the vanilla all year round instead of replacing it with something seasonal constantly.
