September 28th 2023 Over my :30 lunch break... Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with mayo only at the drive thru. Had to sit in mobile waiting area for almost 10 minutes finally got my food. Drove 2 miles back to work and realized my sandwich has mayo, ketchup, pickles, tomatoes, and some nasty looking lettuce. Drove back to Wendy's, it's 12:30 my lunch just ended and now I'm late for work... I asked for a refund and they told me they can't give refunds, Wendy's corporate has to send you a refund in the mail... I'll never eat at this place again... I realiz
e people make mistakes but my lunch was over by the time I would have received the correct order. So a refund was in order, kinda ridiculous that I paid with cash but they wouldn't return it to me... May never eat at Wendy's ever again...
June 17, 2024 and never received a refund and no replys from any of the emails or messages I have sent them. I also haven't eaten at any wendy's...
Went to get breakfast here Friday nov 3 2023 cause I like the honey butter chicken biscuit . Went through the drive thru lady was not friendly at all . I went through the drive thru because I was going out of town well about 5-10 min later I opened up my sandwich and took a bite and thought it was not right . So when I went to take another bit I seen my chicken was raw in the middle . Not sure what they are doing there but uncooked chicken can kill a person . Thanks for nothing and teach your staff to be polite . I think it might have been a manager who waited on me remember raw chicken
I just sat for 7 minutes waiting to get my order taken by the rudest manager and he said if I didn’t like it I could leave, so I did and came to McDonald’s with my business. He did every car this way. You order and than he didn’t take another order till that car was completely done. He should be fired.
Got pulled for 2 sandwiches and am waiting 10+ minutes on my lunch break. This is not fast food.
Pulled up to the window to ask what was taking so long and dude ended up slamming the window on me because i got upset dude takes 10 minutes to cook 2 minute ready meat. Big ole fat dude missing most his teeth
This was one of the slowest "fast" food places I have ever visited, there's no reason to spend over 30 minutes in the drive thru and then get cold food. I will never come here again.
We ordered door dash. Didn’t get the right food. Not sure what this is but it wasn’t good
Mobile ordered 2 meals + a dessert and a coffee. Was in a bit of a hurry grabbing so I grabbed my bags and noticed they forgot 1 of the drink. OK, that's fine. They got me my other drink. Left. Had to then come back because they forgot 1 of my 2 fries (mind you I only had 2 meals, not a big order lol).
Anyways, they got me my fries. However, quality definitely wasn't here at all. The food I got the first and second time (getting my remaining fries) all seemed old. Fries were very soft as if they've sat for a while, nuggets were discolored and seemed old too. I'm thinking they might ignore hold times, which isn't good...
Anyways, not great. They seem very disorganized and don't make up for it in quality either. Very sad to see as I've been to other Wendy's that are way better then this.
Edit: Got to the wrap I ordered and it wasn't even wrapped lol just an open tortilla in their wrapper with contents haphazardly thrown into it
Just stood in line for 10 minutes. 2 people in the dining room and a handful of cars in line. The worker comes out and says "we are really busy, it may be a long wait." Seriously!?! There were several employees in the back and no one seemed too worried to get anything done. Absolutely ridiculous...lack of management if that is what you tell your customers.
