We initially lined up at the McDonald’s across the street, but with three cars ahead of us and no movement, we decided to drive over to Wendy’s instead. Our order was taken promptly, and the food was prepared quickly. On our way to the freeway, we noticed the same cars still waiting at the McDonald’s drive-thru. At Wendy’s, the food was delicious, and the iced coffee was full of flavor.
First of all.. I didn’t order a burger ????
Regardless i got a moldy bread.
The service is always unfocused/rushed
I love Wendys but this restaurant is deteriorating in its service/quality
Great location. Stopped right before they closed. As they took my order you could see the manager locking the doors. Location was clean and modern looking. There’s even a fireplace and WiFi.
Horrible customer service- maybe they were having a bad day. The drive thru associate slammed window on me 2xs when I asked for sauce & wanted to correct my order- she did not reopen the window & ignored me so I drove away.
I ordered a spicy chicken club which was not what I received. Can I please get a redo on the sandwich??
Clean inside and out. And the lady taking the orders was very friendly. Had a nice lil conversation. Food was ready fast. And was yummy. (Fast food yummy. Lol)
The lady in the drive thru was rude .. didn’t even serve me correctly. It showed on her face and attitude that she didn’t want to be there .. they did a micky mouse job packing order only . Ifcshe did want to work why be there with type work energy. Definitely won’t go back to poor service.
Overall good service dining room is clean. Order taker in dining room is very good customer service excellence.french fries is hot,nuggets is fresh and hot,regular bun was little bit crunchy make sure you close your bun warmer sliding door so the buns is hot and soft.overall customer service is excellent ???????????? WENDYS FRESH SINCE DAY ONE..
I literally saw them prepare my burrito.And then walk it over to the lady.That would be disrespectful to wrap it up.I'm pretty sure she's spit in it.I would avoid this Wendy's.I literally wish I got the proof manager is with all her friends there getting away with the most disgusting disrespectful stuff
