Nice attentive staff, plenty of parking and close to lots of other shops. The place itself could have been a bit cleaner, it felt “sticky” throughout and there were a few leaks from the ceiling after a sudden short storm. The burgers were OK but not necessarily memorable, and the kids meals felt really small
I went in the drive thru to order and I was there for 20 seconds and the person working in the drive thru was extremely rude!!! She stated i was taking forever because she on a timer. I told her it hasn’t even been a minute yet. She kept saying she is a timed and there is people waiting!!! For me not being there more than an minute and rushing me is ridiculous!!! I would never ever come back to this place again!!! Please dont waste your time and energy at this place!!! The manager should fix this asap!!! I also tried to called and no one answered to give a complaint.
Plenty of parking, no napkins, no straws, narrow selection of soda, below average burgers, not a cleanest place. Unfriendly staff. Could use a better management
This has got to be the worse wendy's I've been to. Dirty as heck. If the Cafe and bathrooms are dirty I can just imagine what the kitchen is like. It's a shame too. I've been around enough to see how they renovated it nicely to just neglect it. Never coming back.
Super clean, bright and inviting space. The staff is friendly and well organized. The have fabulous salads. Plus, easy access from art 17.
Would give less than 1 star because they don’t even deserve it - told to wait and after sitting at drive thru speaker for 7 minutes I said “actually just waiting on a DoorDash” before I could even finish they cut me off and said they had two customers ahead to “deal with” and to wait . They had one car at the whole store. Their customer service sucks
The line moves quickly. By the time i paid and drove up to the next window, my food and drinks were ready and waiting.
I always try to go back and give another chance. Just got the brand new jalapeño popper sandwich and it looks like they dropped it on the floor and scooped it back up and threw it on a bun. What a sad world we live in. They have one job, make a good sandwich, nope, can’t do it! Can’t wait for robots to take over. Two stars cause they are nice there, they just can’t make a sandwich.
