I would just like to give a shout out to one of your front staff, employees, Brianna. She went above and beyond for us. Making sure order was correct, very kind and helpful. You need more employees like her
I lived on Wendy’s when I lived in Ohio and I’m happy to report the quality holds up in Scottsdale. Midweek drive through was empty at 7:45 pm. Food was perfect. Any burger can be served on a pretzel bun.

Drive through operator sounded like he would have rather gouge his eyes out than speak to us. Lady at the window was in training and seemed nice. But the gentleman training her kept taking her attention away from us when I was trying to ask her a question. To the point that I gave up on asking her anything.
They forgot to give us the majority of the order. Granted we neglected to check the bags before leaving and only noticed once we got home (30 min drive). 40$ wasted as only were given drinks, small nuggets, fries and a lot of napkins. Side note, we didn’t order fries..
Attempted to call numerous times to simply let them know people are forgetting stuff as we couldn’t go back for a refund anyways. Only to find out they don’t in fact have the time or possibly the energy to answer the phone.
After having a ridiculous time trying to get ice cream at McDonald's over the last couple months, I decided to get a frosty instead. I decided to get a $5 meal and get a frosty so it would be a smaller, but cheaper frosty. The line went quick, my order was correct, my expectations were admittedly low, maybe that's why I was impressed. But yeah, Wendy's still has it in 2024. I assumed because of my terrible recent experiences at McDonald's that this was also going to be sub par, I was fortunately wrong! Definitely recommend, McDonald's is currently a $h!+ show regardless of which location, go to Wendys instead.
I don’t normally right reviews, good or bad, for fast food. I understand how difficult of an industry it can be to work in. But I just wanted to take a moment to compliment the folks here. I came through the drive through Wednesday at 4 and it was a very quick experience, which is lovely. Even more surprising, was how good the food looked. Seriously. I got the chicken club sandwich and literally looked like the advertisement. I dunno why, but I just needed to say something. Hahaha. It tasted pretty damn good too. Sorry there’s no picture proof. I inhaled it immediately.
Manger was rude and unprofessional. I tried using a 100 dollar bill and she told me it was fake and refused to give it back. I don’t know when Wells Fargo started handing out fake money. I was also missing a chicken sandwich meal and received the wrong order. This was the most rude employee I have ever seen something needs to be done about her.
The lady at the register as I walked in welcomed me in very nice and polite she asked me if I was over 55 so I can get a free drink that was very nice
