Food and service were good but someone needs to shut this Halloween decor down. It’s gross and getting over everything. I had to step back so I didn’t get it on me. It’s literally on your counter!
I was the only one in drive thru, asked to pull up and wait for my food, not given a straw, took 7 and a half minutes to get my food and one burger was dry and old, the other 2 were greasy and poorly made/wrapped. If you're gonna make me wait my food should have ALL been fresh and properly made. Would not recommend that location, can't imagine how bad it is when busy!
You just lost a customer who averages $14-20 per visit after skimping me on fries twice in a row. I will gladly spend extra on gas and drive right past you to your competition. I get charged for a large....my damn container should at least be filled....if times are that rough where you have to screw customers on friggin potatoes, it may be time to rethink your corporate strategy...your competition can afford to fill their fry containers...booooooooo
Zero star actually.Ive never left a bad review on anything before but this is a must.
I didn't want to not come to this Wendy's seeing how it's next to my motel and on my Way to work But after 5 days in a row I will simply do without before I come back.
Never once got my order right,the employees were rude,the management was rude and all were un professional..I'd go into detail of every occasion but I've wasted enough time and energy on these folks

Didn’t receive my food yet, had to put a review first because attitude is a strong thing. You would expect our people to have some type of decency toward one another, but they don’t. They actually have an evil eye toward their own people. I am also very polite so I guess the old lady (manager) decided she can be smart. Let me guide you through my experience, step by step. I order online because they are being very loud, not paying attention to the front desk. I sit in the lobby, and hear a younger woman playing “this right here a baby makerrrr by Trey songs.” As soon as I sit down I hear her complain under her breath “see this is why i should’ve locked the door.” She then goes to tell a coworker, and he complains but makes a joke out of it. She walks back to the lobby as she mops with no wet floor signs, and says “they are not going to give you your food in the lobby, because we are about to close.” I say okay, understood, and I go to the drive through. (Remind you, I expedite deliveries for hospitals in a high roof van, so I can’t go through drive thrus due to the low clearance). Once I arrive to the window, I wait for about 1 and a half minutes to be greeted by the grumpy old trolllll who livesss under the briiiiiidggeeeee. The manager, she was wearing a grey shirt, the other employees in a black one. She ask “what are you waiting for?” Me wondering, no hello? But I respond, “I placed a mobile order online, just came to pick it up.” She says, “you are supposed to go in the drive through, and it will alert us of your mobile order.” My van is actually too tall to even go through the drive thru, hoping she would understand that’s why I am around 10 feet from the window and not under the clearance bar. I respond “your associate in the lobby advised I couldn’t get my food inside.” She then asked me why couldn’t I, in such a rude tone. I replied “she told me I couldn’t get my food inside because you were closing the lobby.” The associate that advised me that walks by, and she confirms the associate, and wow I was correct after all. But boom, window slams on my face and no apology or acknowledgement from manager. She needs to be fired, she doesn’t like her job, and we do need more intelligent people at this establishment. We need a manager here that does not fear handling their customers with care, have a great day! Yelp, and “others” will receive this review! :)
This was the worst experience I've ever had in any fast-food restaurant. The staff was extremely unfriendly and had terrible communication. There was no ice, ketchup, spoons or forks. The bathrooms were Disgusting! I waited for 20 minutes to get my food and the fries were ice cold. And to top it off, the kitchen and dining area were a mess! No organization! Sandwiches were good though.
I ordered one number 9 and two double stacks
.. order is incorrect, but here is a catch... Did I pay for what I received? Who knows .. no recite.. Thank you. See you later. Bye.. Good god, doesn't anyone take pride in anything?
I haven't been to Wendy's in a few years. I have visited twice in the last 2 months. The service was ok, yet the order has been messed up both times. The fries were so cold on my 1st visit I had to return to get a fresh order. If I do recall, they pride themselves on fresh fries, if nothing else? The 2nd visit, they were still not "fresh." I didn't complain this time. It will probably be a long time again before I return for food.
