Look at the amount and condition of the fries—the dark ones are hard from being fried over and over again. Great convenient location, but I will never go back! There is always an issue with my food and I always forget to check the bag when I’m there. Once I went back 3 times for 4 nuggets! I’m sure this beautiful new restaurant will soon be closed down.
First time here they had a drive thru-line I though we might get our food late. We got our food as soon as we finished ordering it. Only thing they missed was the baked potato but we didn't even have to wait more than 5 minutes for it to be done. The fries are perfect I know other Wendy's fries have the skin of the potatoes left on them, but these bearly any skin at all which I like because I'm a picky eater.
Nugget came bitten but according to manger it was broken in package it came in. Plus the other time my burger had a long black hair. Be careful.
Just ordered a Dave's double meal. And a single burger. Both came out as single burgers. We had to repeat the order several times. And the guy just couldn't understand. When the girl brought out the order she even repeated the order as one Dave's double meal and a single. We said yes perfect. But jokes on us .
Love how they have different biggie bags to choose from. The triple berry frosty didn’t taste right to me at all, tasted like ice cream cough syrup personally. Crew seemed nice when ordering. Food was made quick but yet still hot.
No stars if possible totally got my order wrong but to top it off I got a double stack with only 2 hamburger patties nothing else, nugget flavors I didn't order and diet coke I didn't want.
This wendys has been the worse since it opened, consistently getting my order wrong and all they offer is an apology. I go to this location because of the proximity but will be taking my buisness to the one on Shary rd. To this day they have not given me anything but the best service.Thank you to them and I hope there manager can show this location how real customer service is done.
People here clearly hate there job and like to roll there eyes when your asking for more napkins when they only give you 3 for a table of 3 people literally.. the fries where cold and the bacon at fries looked like they just did them so lady dumped everything on top of them the cheese wasn't even melted on top..at least the burgers where good but I'm never eating here again.. especially inside its really dirty napkins all on the floor and tables
Rude …. But the nuggets are good. They need more help on customer service and the drinks have zero flavor… but overall, they need to be more professional.
