Food was good but we were in the drive through for a religiously long time. The only reason I sat in the drive through, as the second vehicle in line, for 24 minutes is because I promised my grand baby fries and this is the last stop before I get home. There were plenty of people working. Enough that they were horsing around at the 1st window. It is not uncommon to take
a while to get your food at this location but this wait was even more ridiculous than usual.
During a visit today in June 2024, I was truly disappointed with this location. The cashier was very distracted while trying to order, causing me to repeat my order several times. I would not consider her pleasant or friendly while taking my order. The interior was very messy, I would even say filthy. Drink station was sticky, spilled soda all over counters next to lids. Counter with straws and napkins was sticky dirty and needed more then just whipped down. The dinning was unreal. A sitting bench was completely missing seat, and carpet was covered in old spilled soda that was extremely thick and sticky to walk on. I will not eat here again because I’m scared to think what the cooking area looks like.
I used to eat here almost 3-4 times a week. But quality of food has dropped. Don't know what the problem is. Hopefully they will fix it. They are usually a five star location.
Food good although prices are high. It took awhile to be waited on but it was busy. Carpet was sticky. I don't think carpet had been shampooed in years. Ok if you take out.
Went in to get an order and a promo for a deal. After seeing that what I ordered wasn’t in the bag, I said something to the cashier and she gives me my burger. I get back to work and there is nothing on it
went in the drive thru to my order, paid, got to the last window all the workers were talking, waited 5 minutes for my drink, and waited another 3 for my food and all my food wasn't even in there
The lady working the cashier was just straight up rude. She yelled at my grandma for asking for the honey mustard she asked for.
Horrible customer service. The lady that takes the orders was so rude and disrespectful. The food was cold and tasted old.
