Placed a Mobile order. Daves single - NO Ketchup No Mayo. Burger was slathered in both Ketchup and Mayo. Ordered a Biggie bag. Jr Bacon cheeseburger - NO Mayo, spicy nuggets. Received two orders of Nuggets. No Jr Bacon Cheeseburger in the bag. Reported to Wendy's on X and was told the MGR would reach out to me. Manager, nor anyone else from the restaurant reached out to me. NO refund, no apology, NOTHING. This is Wendy's closest to me. But, this order was so bad and wrong, I ll probably be driving further to find a Wendy's if Im craving Wendy's. Terrible Customer Service and Attention to detail!!!
This is the best Wendy’s this side of GA. They have an 100 A food score rating and the manager Martha is amazing! Her staff is friendly, the food is fresh, and honestly, they set the bar so high, when I go to other Wendy’s, I get disappointed if it’s not the same lol S/o to this Wendy’s. Well done!

The stupid employees gave me the entirely wrong order. I tried to call and get my money back but they would not answer the phone for hours. This is UNACCEPTABLE and I will not have another order with Wendy’s until I get a refund
Ryan is the manager at the store. Has a very nasty attitude for no reason. Complained about given fresh food for the old. And then gave my family raw chicken nuggets. No goor customer service at all. His employe had to give the us some good nuggets. The store is nasty and not clean.
Never again. The lady who took my order had a very nasty attitude. Than looked at me crazy when I said why you handing me your phone after I told her have to scan my phone. Get to the next window and she asked me what i ordered than gave me cold food and when i asked for sauce she gave me one knowing i have three 10 piece nuggets

Great customer service from the manager on duty that night. Took my daughter. niece and neighbor kid late friday before closing and the kids ordered their own meals the $5biggie bag and I got the pecan salad and even though they got one sandwich wrong(, they made a burger instead of a junior bacon cheeseburger) they fixed it quick and the kids were appreciative. Happy kids, happy life.
Bad experience. Workers disoriented, manager won’t let me reorder when I asked politely. This is not a good location to get take out.
