I was served old hard and cold grilled chicken in my Ranch wrap call the store several times and got no answer there was no line so the store wasn’t busy it was after hours but that’s so unaccounted as u. An see in the picture that chicken is hard dry
Girl with pink wrist band, strawberry blondish hair argued after my mom asked then why the door was locked way before they closed. Got an attitude. Me and my mother both have worked in fast food and understand how hard being short staffed is. However, her reaction was completely out of line. My mother was on call with a manager from a nearby store.
10:30pm 11-19-24. No hot sauce on ghost pepper chicken sandwich. Jr bacon cheeseburger patty in 2 pieces. No sour cream and butter for baked potato after being requested. Super lame
Ordered the new Nacho cheeseburger with 2 patties for myself and a #1 combo for my wife. Ordering was good, the gentlemen at the payment window was pleasant. The pickup window, it might as well have been a mute robot. I sat there for about 3 minutes while the young lady just stood there looking towards the back. Then she walked over and handed me a bag that had been sitting there the whole time. She did not say a word to me just handed me the bag . I asked what was in the bag she looked at me like she was clueless. I asked if there were 2 burgers and fries. She replied yeah, and turned away. This seems to be the way of fast food customer service.
When I got home and took a bite of the nacho cheese burger and liked the flavor but was missing a crunch. I looked at the burger to find one small piece of onion, a wilted single leaf of lettuce and a tomato slice on top of 2 patties covered in cheese. There appeared to be fried crispy battered corn kernel, or maybe the tip of a single tortilla chip. The texture made me think it was corn. Regardless it lacked the texture and crunch I was hoping for.
RAW CHICKEN SANDWICH: My husband went inside this store to order food, but it smelled bad and there was a line of people, so he decided to go through the drive-thru instead. He ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches and proceeded to eat in the dark while driving. It tasted odd, cold and extra chewy, so he put it back in the bag and drove to his hotel room thinking he would reheat it in the microwave. When he noticed the almost half eaten chicken sandwich was RAW, he almost vomitted!! He DOES NOT RECOMMEND this place!
The krabby patty was supposed to be one of my favorite meals, but when I got it, it was served hard. The patty on the burger was dry and cold It tasted like it had been sitting there for days
The place has a really potent disgusting smell the last couple times I went in. Kind of smells like a wet dog or something. First time, I figured it happens, the smell was there again. Not a normal fast food smell.. the smell itself made me nauseous I didn't want anything that they had.
The food was decent. The server could have been friendlier. They got my order wrong, but that was probably my fault because I changed my mind, and they must have been confused. It was expensive for what I got. My daughter and I each got a meal (burger, fries, and drink for me, and chicken sandwich, drink, and fries for her) and it was $23. I know everything has gone up in the last few years, but it seems that Wendy's and a couple of other fast food restaurants have gone up way more than most places.
