Best WLM Reviews
The food was average at best. We got chicken sandwiches that were just warm and barely warm fries. I haven't had this problem at any Wendy's since they started their push for always having hot fries. I was looking forward to it so it was very disappointing.
$20 for a single, frosty and drink? When the owner is in the house, yes. Their process is screwed. Ordered, then waited a long time for confirmation. They did get the order right but everything else was bad.
Owner was the first to the window with the burger. Took my money, handed me my burger and walked away. Never got change. Drink and frost finally got delivered but no change. At this point, keep it because I’m never coming back.
Got home to find that I received either in old burger or a smash burger. Hard crispy edges and a dry burger on a dry bun. At least they put enough mayo in it to all me to swallow it. Again, never going back.
Looks like a whole new crew. Yes, the old crew had some issues with drugs but you always got your food fresh off the grill. Not the old crusty stuff I received today’s. Did I say that I’m never going back?
If you place a mobile order and they are “out” of one of the items in the order, they will refuse to refund you for that item. Because everyone loves paying for food you didn’t receive. I believe this is called theft.
Play dumb all you want “owner”, you knowingly stole $6 from me. And I don’t appreciate your rude attitude towards my wife.
Don’t go here if you want to receive all of the food you paid for. And I strongly advise women to avoid this location, the “owner” is very misogynistic.
I don't usually do this but as you can see from my pics. I had to be disappointed for paying extra for a large pineapple frosty to end up with a large vanilla with a dab of pineapple on the bottom, that I couldn't reach with the spoon. What to the swirl of pineapple throughout the frosty. Wendy you really ???? me I was so looking forward to the new pineapple twist!
Don’t come here. It’s less of hassle to drive 45 minutes out of your way to go to a different Wendy’s location than to come here. Staff is rude and unwilling to make things right when they mess up your order.
Lately there's been a guy tht has been having to work alone on the days I've got, a handful of times in the passed 2 weeks, and this guy is excellent. He does better than of there were 3 or more people in their with him. The fries cooked to the quality that would have e made Dave and his daughter proud. Sandwich close enough to what u see in the picture. If he leaves this location it's because they don't deserve him. They need to give him a raise that assures he don't wanna leave no time soon. If he has personal issues his higher up needs to accommodate because folk like this guy working the place makes the place.
Just disappointing. Got our orders wrong in the drive thru. No label on our Crabby patties. And oh ya forgot about the Krabby patty. Nothing special and tastes frozen. Disappointed the kids and I. I think Wendy’s is done!
NOT EAT HERE. THIS IS WHY:
We frequently visit Wendy's in the Gwinnett County area. On July 27, 2024, at 9 PM, we drove through this location and asked for a Dave's Single with lettuce as a bun, as a combo. The manager/supervisor came over the speaker and said they cannot use lettuce as a bun. I have ordered this several times at this location and others. Their point-of-sale system has a button for this option because every time I order it, it says on the screen, "Lettuce as Bun." I didn't care too much and said that was fine; just the burger components in a tray would be okay, as my son was hungry and didn’t care either.
When we got to the window, we were told to pull forward, with no one behind us. I understand they want to keep those times artificially low, so I didn’t mind this. They brought our food out about two minutes later. After we pulled off, my wife opened the bag and found that the burger had a bun, and there were no fries or napkins. They had forgotten our fries and made the order incorrectly. We turned around and pulled back into the drive-thru, kindly asking to have it remade as we ordered. They pulled us back up again, with no one behind us. We waited for about three minutes, and then a young, polite gentleman came out and asked for the other burger. I thought he was going to hand us our burger and just throw it away for us.
After thinking about it for a minute, I went inside to see our burger sitting on the food surfaces where other people's food is prepared, being taken apart to put in a tray as we had originally ordered. Not only did they violate several food service codes, but they were also going to give us back a ten-minute-old burger that was cold and had literally been taken apart and put back together by the manager.
My son has a gluten allergy, and every Wendy's we have been to has gladly given us two pieces of lettuce on the top and bottom instead of a bun. I am not asking for anything fancy, just to swap the bun for two pieces of lettuce.
Once I saw that, it made me sick to my stomach knowing that they take back food from customers and place it on their food service countertops. That is absolutely disgusting.
When I saw this, I immediately wished the team a good night and said not to worry about the burger. We left with no fries, no burger, and $9.69 wasted, which was better than eating a ten-minute-old cold burger that had been taken apart.
Sorry for the long review, but this needed to be said. I hope someone trains this manager on "Lettuce as a Bun" and also on basic food service rules and customer safety.
If our son had ate this burger they took apart he would have been sick for the rest of the evening and a few days!
