Service good food, fresh and hot. They actually put napkins the bag most places don’t do that for people anymore 10 years in McDonald’s in management you’re always supposed to do that here they actually did!!!
The service was good.I took my grandson after adoc.appointment to get the sponge bob meal It was a burger and fry and a frosty. No drink. Plus they charge you 50 cent extra for the frosty. 2 meals cost us 26.49 .Ridiculous.
Old guy in the drive thru was so rude. We pulled up to the drive thru and he didn’t acknowledge us it was about a minute we waited so we assumed he was busy and pulled up to the next window. He came to the window and had the worst tone and goes “ you didn’t see me standing there “ and snatched our card. Obviously we saw you but you didn’t want to take our money! Old guy should be retrained on customer service his was lousy.
went here for a quick dinner my fiancé ordered a baked potato and there was a long blonde hair laying on top of it as soon as we opened it thankfully he noticed before taking a bite. horrible staff people are rude especially the older guy who takes payments in the drive thru. location truly needs to be shut down.
Ordered food plain, saw wasn't on the recipt, said something at the window, was called a liar and given hard time about it. Can keep my ten dollars will never visit again
Went through the drive thru and got two breakfast burritos, one was supposed to have sausage and bacon, it had no sausage. And the burritos are supposed to have 6 strips of bacon but only had 3 strips of bacon. For $5 a burrito you should at least get what you paid for and what the menu clearly states is on the item.
If you use the drive thru be prepared to wait. Inside is nice. I visited twice in the past few months. I never had any issues with quality of food. I did notice one disturbing situation. The front counter was a young girl. She took my order. Then went to the dining room to clean. The grown adults in the back were yelling at her multiple times. It was weird honestly. She looked sad. Grown people bullying minors is hella weird.
Good hot food at this location but not always a friendly face.
