I take all the good compliments back. The past 4/5 times my order at this location has been wrong. What is so hard about adding lettuce and onions to a cheeseburger. On some occasions, they would add one of the 2 but never both. Are yall stoned or illerate... The ticket tells you what to put on the burger.
It ain't the end of the world, I'll still eat it, but get your $*** together. It isn't that complicated.

Fresh, cold, crispy veggies on a hot burger. mmmm!!!
Order is always correct and fast. The burgers aren't just thrown together sloppily. (Ya know the kind where u have to reassemble them)
The employees are doing a good job!
Other than Chick-fil-A this is the only fast food place that will get 5 stars for me.
Update May 6th. - They are still doing a great job. I used the app and got a cheese burger and chicken bacon sandwich for $3.71. All the extras I requested were added (lettuce, pickles, mayo) The burger and chicken were hot and the veggies cold and crisp. They have a good team here. Ima turn into a cheese burger If I don't stay away.
I never do reviews on anything so for me to put a review is screaming please read this. Every time I have ever been here, nothing has ever been right. I am being 100% honest. The order is either wrong or cold. Don’t even waste your breath asking for sauce with your order because it never gets in the bag. When you have to check your bag at the window and ask for it at the window every time is just something you shouldn’t have to do. SAVE YOUR TIME, SAVE YOUR MONEY and go somewhere else. Breaks my heart to say this because I love Wendy’s and it’s the only one on this side of town but I am so tired of the inconvenience I experience every time I go it’s just not even worth it to me anymore. Sorry Wendy’s ????
I stop at this location with my mother (92) just to get her a Frosty. The employees make it great. They are very personable, we are always happy with the food and quick service.
Just tried going inside to order my frosty at 8:04 p.m. on Sept 21st 2023....doors are locked???? Asked an employee (obviously wearing Wendy's attire) standing at the drive thru side door "is the lobby closed?" ....replied "well I guess so". Got back in car went to other (main entrance) side noticed two cars of ppl trying to enter.....doors locked also. Online says their lobby is open til midnight....but guess not tonight!!!! Cars lined all way around even to the road... And more employees sitting in car. 8:19p.m. finally ordering at drive thru speaker. 8:23 p.m. paid at first window. 8:25 p.m. finally my frosties!!!!
Everytme i go to this location my food is never right they all walk around like they are in a trance do not recommend paid for my food and didn't even get it all
They will not sell a meat patty to tear up into the watered down chili or to feed your dog. Sad bad business. McDonald’s and sonic both sell meat patties. Guess I will continue to spend more money elsewhere.
Ordered through the drive through and they gave me the completely wrong order. Then i went inside for them to fix it and got back to my car and despite having given them my reciept, i still didnt get all of my order. I was so frustrated that i just gave up
I visit maybe once a week, always during lunch when they're packed. Never had a bad experience. Staff is friendly (especially when the lady is in there bringing the food to the tables) and service is really fast.
