This is the Krabby Patty combo. this is a sad looking special edition burger. Drink was good. work on your presentation.
You’re better off going inside this Wendy’s than at the drive thru because your order will not be correct. I never order through couriers anymore due to missing items. Inside you will get good customer service as they resolve any issues you may have
Every time we go through drive through we always have a problem with are order. It's not like we get a lot I would think they could get 2 orders of chicken nuggets correct. My daughter goes to get them out of the bag and they are the spicy chicken nuggets. This is not the first time this has happened. Food is expensive enough and she threw them away.
Eewww! Clearly someone ate outta my bag I hate that I was too far to turn around, this is disgusting and obviously whoever runs this Wendy’s is fine with it ????
Twice have gotten the taco salad and had big chunks of hamburger in the chili. We all know they use the patties, but should chop finer. Chips were stale.
Don't offer things on the app that you can't/won't offer in house. If I wait in line to place my order, instead of placing it online, unless a product is specifically marked as for app orders only, your staff needs to be able to take that order.
Always say to pull up so window time is not compromised but they take 20 minutes 4 one combo
Fastest drive-thru I've ever been to. The girl at the window was super nice. The fries & burger were great, I don't even care they forgot my ketchup.
