Ordered a taco salad. Came home and ate a few bites until I realized a majority of the lettuce was black and disgusting. Ended up throwing up and getting food poisoning that night. Here's a pic of the rest that I threw out in my garbage. Truly disgusting. What a waste of money and I'm never eating at this location again. Who knows how long that lettuce had been in that container.
Drive through experience went great! The young gentlemen was patient and gave us all the correct items we ordered. What blew us away was the presentation of the food. All four bags were given to us in a large back individualized per family members order. Super organized. ???????? First Wendy we have been too with kind, and organized thoughtfulness! I was told to pull forward. I ordered basic items, no special instructions. I was the only individual in the line at first. I pull forward and wait. I see other vehicles come and go. I see another vehicle pull into a space and get their food brought to them. I go inside 20mins after paying, kids antagonizing me the bag was sitting on the counter. I was disappointed. This may have been a one off mistake where I was forgotten about perhaps.
Uber- i was doing a uber order around 1:02am and as i pulled up to the wendys a lady looking as for either the GM or assistant manager of that night , she gave me the 2 drinks for the order and explain say that i would have to wait 10 minutes! For the uber order and i was the only person there and she told me i had to come back later , explaining saying that they where previously robbed and id have to wait because they cant let me pull up and wait , it seem as racial profiling as she think i was going to rob the store , when im there for uber eats order , and then im puzzled at she said or u can pull in parking spot and wait , so however i do that and 6-7 mins go by and im watching 5 cars go by and get there order , n im waiting on small uber order , i don’t recommend eatting here the manager or assist manager will racial profiling you late at night .
Had the sausage and egg muffin breakfast sandwich. Was so tough that I couldn't chew it. I ate about 1/4 of the muffin. My husband ordered the bacon muffin. He received the sausage muffin. His was tough as well. Not sure who made the mistake because the lady who handed it to us said bacon muffin and sausage muffin. ???? Other than the muffins, I can say it was edible.
They stop serving breakfast at 10:30. I walked in at 10:22 and knew what I wanted. At 10:29 the lady finally asked me if she could help me. I asked if they were still serving breakfast? She said, sorry it's 10:29 we just stopped. Thanks for wasting my time. After 3 years of coming to this wendys in particular, this has convinced me to never go to another.
I chose the drive thru option. Ashlee was a fantastic handler of my order putting a smile on my face despite work being a bear and putting me in a mood. The food was delivered as expected, but the way it was delivered brightened my day considerably. Keep staff like Ashlee on the window and I guarantee more positive ratings!
Food was good, but they are flying the US flag at half-staff today and yesterday. I asked why and they stated because someone in the company died. I feel that's not the right use of our nation's flag. If they wanted to lower theirs then that would be fine, but not the American flag.
