Everyone at this location is so unbelievably kind and the customer service is so amazing! You can feel the joy when you walk in or going through the drive thru while they're taking your order. All the workers seem like a family and is such a precious thing to see! All the workers are so appreciated for the hard work they do! Thanks for making my day every time I come by! God bless!
Unfortunately after waiting 5 minutes in drive through, when they finally responded at the window they said they would only accept mobile orders due to staff shortage. So I had to wait there and download app and then wait in line again. Only to have to wait for others to do the same thing. Then waited at the window while they chatted with each other. I saw no issue with staff shortage but issue with staff not wanting to work. I also saw lots of people simply drive away.
Save your self time and money and aggravation. I stopped there today to get a taco salad for lunch Which nobody was in line I was asked to wait a few minutes. They came back. I told him my order got to the window and the person working the window look like I bothered them today. When I got back to work, I noticed half the taco salad is missing. No chips salsa sour cream. Called into the store they offered me to come back and pick this up. Told I’m at work. I can’t. She asked me if I could come back tonight. Tell him I will never come back here again. Poor customer service and not accurate on your order. Make sure you check your orders when you leave.

2. Absolutely the worst customer service (not as bad as the McDonald’s across the street but pretty close).
3. CLEAN YOUR FLOORS! Sticky and in some places slippery.
4. Do better Wendy’s do better.
I got one of the simplest things on the menu, cheese fries. When I tell you the cheese wasn’t even melted and it was just STRAIGHT SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE. It didn’t even come with the other cheddar cheese sauce on it that’s shown as advertised. Don’t know how you can mess up that bad on something simple.
If you visit this location, check your order before leaving the window, especially drinks, I don't remember the last time I didn't have to hand my drinks right back. More often than not something will either be missing, made incorrectly or just entirely the wrong thing. On top of that, the quality and care is not great. My family just ate burgers with stale buns, and the burgers were not made as ordered. This location is closest to home, but I will drive to another Wendy's from now on, it hasn't improved since 2017.
I really wished that all fast food burger joints would start cooking to order. That is when Wendy's was the greatest. Be go back those days, because the burgers where amazing, now there just okay.
In my opinion the crew just needs to be trained better in customer service because to them everything is a game even playing with people in the drive thru
