The restaurant was extremely clean and maintained. However getting anybody to help was a very trying task. Oftentimes there are 20 to 30 minute Waits on your food. And on this particular occasion it seemed like they were more concerned about what they were doing that evening instead of what they should be doing at that moment. Even with the extreme wait times, the food was very hot and fresh. But I guess that can happen when you only cook one meal at a time
This place needs a whole new staff. The lady worker taking the order was short while speaking, after taking 15 minutes to get the orders of two cars. The workers always ring up a large combo unless asked otherwise, never give a receipt unless asked otherwise and then have an attitude about handing it to you. The first window is never in service and on the off chance it is, customers are asked to wait at that window for a while until their food is done and then they are asked to pull up to the second window to pick up their food. This place has gone downhill fast. For moderately expensive food, the customer service should be way better than it is. A few weeks ago i went through the drive through and was asked through the speaker to immediately move to the second window, once there a guy popped his head out of the window and said “whatchu want”. Its unbelievably unpleasant and unacceptable.
Probably the rudest staff I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Ordered a large number 2 with a large frosty. Drove around to the window, and was given a small frosty. I told the gentleman at the window that I had ordered a large frosty, and who I can only assume is the shift lead, yelled that that’s the only size they had. So I responded with I paid for a large, not a small, and if they could just give me another small one to make it even. The shift lead pushed the guy at the window out of the way, grabbed another small frosty, didn’t even put the lid on tight, and shoved it out the window to me with an attitude. Frosty went all over the inside of my car when I tried to take it. I tried to ask her for a spoon, and mid sentence she interrupts me with HAVE A GOOD DAY SIR and slams the window in my face. Never in my life have I ever been treated so rudely and I was nothing but polite. It’s disappointing that people this disrespectful are in customer service. Absolutely uncalled for.
We used the drive thru. Everyone was super nice. The food was very fresh and super super fast! They listened to the customized order and got it correct. My daughter enjoyed her cheeseburger kids meal. We will be back!
Always have an issue with the heavy set gentleman with longer hair. today our sauce was missing went back for them, told me they were out and started complaining to another worker that we are a problem. Then the nice lady appeared with the sauce ( i was told was out of stock) in hand…..the gentleman in question is always vaping & is destroying business more with his nasty attitude towards customers. If he’s that miserable in life, he shouldn’t take out another people. Will be contacting corporate now that we have his name.
There is always a line, and you always have to pull into a parking space to wait for your order. The food is usually good, but the order is wrong 90% of the time. I usually check it but was in a hurry tonight. Only 2 of the three meals I ordered were in the bag. The only reason I keep going back is because my wife likes their nuggets, which is what they forgot tonight. Looks like I won't have to go back anymore. I can't believe this place is still in business.
Stopped here while traveling and kinda wish we waited for the next Wendy’s along the route…
My husband ordered a pretzel bun burger with a large Coke no ice. Got a regular bacon burger and a Coke with ice.
I asked for lettuce on my burger, didn’t get it.
Oh and they didn’t give us straws or napkins…
I’ve called the phone number & no one answered and waited in the drive thru line to see if they are even open. No employee cars in parking lot anywhere. They are taking an order every 10-15 mins it seems in drive thru. This location needs a manager or something seems they can’t handle the traffic. Went to window told me they would be with me in a minute- ten minutes later I was able to place my order a cup of chilli and a small coke and it took 30 mins plus sitting in drive thru for 20 mins 50 mins for 2 items. I will never come back here and don’t recommend you to come to this location either.
Finally saying hello at speaker after being told to wait a minute she says there system is being really slow. Well it seems to me I would be getting the system fixed. I have watch the 3rd car pull off since I’ve been here almost a hour now. This is ridiculous!!
