The service at this location was extremely disappointing. Despite having a full staff, not one employee acknowledged the customers in the lobby, who had already been waiting for over 10 minutes when I arrived. Instead, the staff focused solely on the drive-thru. I wanted to see if this lack of service was exaggerated, and unfortunately, it was not. The lobby customers were entirely ignored.
The manager, Cedrick, was equally disappointing. He avoided addressing the situation by keeping his head down, making sandwiches, and failing to demonstrate any leadership or customer service skills. It’s concerning that a manager, who earns more than his front-line staff, would avoid responsibility and not engage with customers. A lobby customer showed more professionalism and tact than he did. It’s hard to understand how Cedrick holds a management position given his apparent lack of basic customer service.
Furthermore, there was a clear health violation when an animal entered the restaurant due to the staff’s negligence. This is unacceptable, and I intend to report it to the health department. Allowing animals into a food establishment is a serious issue that cannot be ignored, no matter the location.
To add to the chaos, two employees were struggling to locate the order for the person in front of me, with Cedrick seemingly attempted to stay confused.
I would rather drive further away than return to this location. The lack of professionalism and disregard for customer service here is astonishing.
I went to Wendy’s and the service was top-tier and absolutely high-quality. I was helped by Maria and the rest of the staff and they made me feel like family! If you want a good meal and you want to be treated well and leave happy, come to this location you won’t regret it!
Just went today July 24 for a frosty and biggie bag and like always hamburgers are cold and all on side hamburgers are all falling apart my frost was good until something hard was in it look like something broke from machine.
Great smiles and layout! VERY ATTENTIVE staff every time. Very efficient every time no matter how many people walk in!
It was nice for a simple dinner with my dancing toddler. Mini volcano kids meal for her and the prim rib for me. We were stuffed with the amount of food we got. And we were able to sit next to the jukebox and my baby danced the night away.
Just visited this location. I normally go through the drive-thru but decided to go in today. The employee African American young lady with braids and pink beads at the ends was so sweet. I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service you provided during my recent visit to Wendy's. Your friendly demeanor, and willingness to go above and beyond truly enhanced my experience
Just pulled in, and the first thing said was, " I will be with you in a minute." Then she comes back a minute later and takes my order. I am the only one in the drive-thru, and I see 2 cars in the parking lot. I order a #8, pull up, the girls ask what my drink is again, gives me drink and I asks for me to pull forward. I said, "No,I am the only one here". She calls for her manager Johnny and he asks me politely and then says, "we are on a timer and it affects our bonuses." I decided to pull up one car length and with in seconds, had my food. Why did I need to pull up?
We went last night to drive thru, and first of all they didn’t repeat my order. No total amount given at time of order or time of payment at the window. No receipt given. Food was rushed to me. It was cold burgers and very old and cold fries. Never will I go to this location. It’s the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to. Need to get Channel 3 news to review them. And call BBB on them too.
