Make sure to inspect your food the immediate moment you receive your order because the “manager” will argue that you tampered with it lmao. Also, Don’t expect your money back ????
I bought some fries and they gave me some burnt ones, they didn't want to give me new ones, the atmosphere was very good.
The manager and cashier at the drive-through were very rude and not helpful. Closed the window on me as I was explaining what the offer and reward on my app were for since they said it was not showing anything on their end. The app allows you to redeem an offer and reward in the same transaction to which I've done it before with no issues, I showed them the app so they could see the information, but they did not care. The manager suggested I call Corp and complain, and that's exactly what I did. Definitely not going back to this location.
I waited over 5 minutes in the restaurant. There was no line. They looked at me, ignored me, and continued serving their drive thru customers. I didn't even get a "I'll be right with you." Overall, it was about 10-15 minutes for my Baconator meal. The food was good. Fries were crispy. I was one of 2 customers in that entire restaurant, so the atmosphere was chill. The interior was clean. Just the exceptionally bad customer service is why I'd give it 2 stars overall.
Placed a pickup order for ASAP . After 7 minutes entered store no customers inside or outside. No cars in drive through. No staff at counter After waiting almost 5 minutes the manager came out and I told him that I was waiting on my pickup order he reached down to the POS receipt printer and tore off my order. I asked him to cancel my order for a refund and he said he couldn't do that. I told him to not bother to make it and left. I'm not trusting anyone to make my food after an argument. I'll request a refund through my credit card company.
My go to if I’m in a hurry for forget my lunch for work. Food is always fresh not soggy or cold, friendly staff, service is fast just how I need it since I always have to get back to the office. I’ve ate a couple times inside when I have more time and it’s always clean recent renovations and nice
We got the opportunity to go into the location and see the impact Wendy’s is looking to do in Foster Homes and my first time realizing it, as usually we just do drive thru.
The food is as expected. Drive thru has worked for us at this location. Our order wasn’t what we ordered during our last visit but after kindly speaking to the manager they were able to assist us and provided us a fresh order - which my kids and I appreciated. Mistakes happen just treat everyone with kindness and they were kind to make it right. Thank you!
Picked up a salad in the drive-through, and when I opened it up at home it was brown and obviously spoiled. I called the store the same night to ask for a refund, nobody ever picked up. I emailed customer service, and they said they couldn't give a direct refund from their end. It's been over a MONTH and I haven't been reimbursed for being served spoiled food. Severly disappointed by this situation that still has not been fixed.
