This is my last time visiting Wendy's. I had a number one burger. The meet was cold and dry, the fries were not fresh. My last two experiences at different Wendy's were similar. Their motto of "fresh" is no longer true. I had food poisoning after eating half of my meal. I was sick for two days. There is something seriously off about this chain. I will not be returning.
Diana was amazing customer service was awesome the food was fresh and hot the dining room was very clean everybody was very friendly overall I would give six stars if I could fast fresh and friendly and right now they have boo bucks
This Wendy’s is ok more of a miss than hit with everything. Last thing we ordered was the pineapple frosty. Looks nothing like the picture. They just put the pineapple on the bottom and fill it up with vanilla. Thought maybe it was just that day but nope ordered it twice different days same outcome. Should give customers what’s advertised.
Drive thru order was wrong. I ordered a sausage breakfast combo. Got some bacon thing with an overcooked egg and way too much of whatever the “sauce” is. Went in the trash. No one else in line. How hard is it really? The person working was nice though. I won’t be back.
Absolutely love their breakfast sandwiches, their Frosty's are my favorite especially when you dip them in fries. Their meat is always fresh and warm making it delicious. The spicy nuggets dipped in honey mustard is fire! Love the lemonades as well very sour but the perfect combination of sweet. The salad is great I personally like the apple pecan or the Caesar but they all are really tasty. I think maybe the fries recipe changed because they are sooo good when they're fresh but also if they get cold and you heat them up still really tasty. One of my favorite restaurants to go and take my daughter. Keep up the wonderful work ????????
I’m not normally one to review fast food chains but I was pretty ticked off this time because they charged us $8.95 for two small frostys and a medium fry. That should’ve been $5 tops with the $1 thing they have going with Frostys. The girl at the window dropped our first order of fries and didn’t give any spoons or straws. Very disappointing and frustrating. I don’t expect much from fast food but at least charge us a fair price and don’t drop our fries.
Wendy’s, make things right and hook us up with some free frostys coupons or something.
Very nice. The last today, tho missing a tooth, was incredibly nice and was so sweet. She takes her job seriously. Thank you! Got me a water when they were super busy
I don't think I have every left this Wendy's with what I ordered. Staff is always nice, but I've just given up on trying to get what I actually want to eat anymore.
