We came here specifically because they have a large soft drink selection (no caffeine, no sugar). After waiting in line for ten minutes (at 11am) we find that most of the drinks are not working. Settled for a diet Coke... it tastes terrible. Like the equipment hasn't been cleaned in ages. Stale and flat. Well find somewhere else to stop on this ride next time.
Went in today, couldn’t get anyone to take my order. They were concentrating on take outs and getting a meal for an employee. The employee, who could get all of his own stuff, kept having the other employees run to get him things. He probably thought it was pretty funny. Went to McDonald’s across the street.
Ordered the garlic Parmesan nuggets, got BBQ... Ordered a kids burger with mustard, got a dot of mustard.... Y'all need to listen and pay attention. Your so worried about gossiping at the window with each other that you don't pay attention to what the customer says. And you don't care because once they drive away you hope they make it home before they realize you just don't care.
I just went there / 3pm on Aug 31 2024 I ordered my meal and handed the manager the money he handed my money and said I don't take big bills
I replied sir all I have is a 50 and my meal is almost 25 plus.. he said well guess u need to go.. I have never been humiliated and treated bad in my life like he just did to me and my family!!! I then called after I left inquiring who was the owner or the head supervisor and he refused to give me the information

This is a great Wendy's! Four of us stopped here on the way home from the mountains. It was clean, the food tasted fresh & the service was good. The manager went out of her way to make sure food was done correctly & that customers were satisfied. I like Wendy's as a rule but I think this is the best location I've ever been to. Gave 4 stars overall just because it's a fast food place, no reflection on the restaurant itself.
Went threw drive thru ordered 3large chilies and received only 2 was already home before realizing one was not in bag…Called the location and man said I’d have to come back today I couldn’t go back today He said that was their policy That it had to be today That if not He didn’t know what to tell me What a RUDE Person You can Tip yourself that money Which he probably kept it anyway!!!! MY ADVICE is check your Bags Before you leave that Window!!!
If you want to feel extremely rushed and have your order rung up and payment expected before you’re even done ordering...this is the place to go?
At least the food is fresh...but seriously, give someone more than 45 seconds to review the menu, some of us haven’t been to a Wendy’s since the last bad customer service experience.
*Gave them another chance.. Jesus Christ! Do any of your employees have COMMON SENSE!? THINK. THINK before doing things. It takes a MOMENT to STOP to THINK about what you’re doing!!
This is the 2nd time your employees have goofed my order!!
1.I ordered cheese fries with extra cheese. I DIDNT WANT BEANS IN IT! Why in the hells was there beans in my CHEESE fries?? UGH. Along with peppers well. I ordered CHEESE fries — say it with me “Cheese Fries…Cheese fries.” NOT CHILI!
2.Didn't give me either a fork or napkins!! How is someone supposed to eat cheese fries without them??
3.My wife ordered a taco salad — you failed to give her sour cream, the “taco” aspect was watery….and again..no napkins. But you already provided her with a fork.
You earned this one star rating. Wear it.
