I just left there 10 minutes ago. The lady at the counter was getting a Doordash order ready so I stood there for what seemed like forever. She finally took my order and got my fries and set them up on the tray then disappeared into the back. About 8 minutes later she comes back up front and tells the cook she is waiting on a single burger. I'm assuming they handed it out the drive through while she was in the back. After a long wait I was told my food was ready it was the same fries that sat on the counter the entire time. I said something and she just looked at me like I was crazy. I sat down and opened my burger to find a Nasty mess ketchup everywhere and a double burger. I told her my order was wrong, my fries were cold. I said just forget it and I dumped it in the garbage. This was the worse experience I have had at a Wendy's anywhere.
It's always amazing to stumble over a great Wendy's while on a looooong road trip. The service was great. The food was fresh, the restaurant was spotless and the bathrooms were very clean. The atmosphere was so welcoming! Thank you!
Fry person was sweeping right when we walked it he didn't wash his hands he jump straight on fry station and started serving food,we asked them nicely to have every thing freshly cooked ,he caught and attitude the whole time,he was trying to double drop cooked food in fryiers and served for us like it was freshly cooked,then he goes puts his hand in his shirt and wipes his nose with it then continues to serve the food again,what a filthy place I think this will be my last time ever eating at wendys tables not been wiped bathrooms filthy and pee all over the seats ,while there's more that 7 people in kitchen 2 of the girls just chilling up front please don't come here if you care about ur health
Multiple times I've tried giving this location on different shifts chances. Either by using the app or ordering in person. They clearly can't get a staff that cares or is capable of following basic instructions. The amount of food left missing out of my bag easily totals over $20. I will not be returning and I suggest you do, as well. Unless you like wasting your money.
There's something wrong with this Wendy's.Went there on Tuesday, 6/22 drive-thru and ordered single bacon pub burger combo. What a mistake and not worth $8. Waited a good 15-20 minutes in drive-thru. Burger was cold, old, and dry. Looked like it came out of the tray of old burgers saved for their chili meat. Fries were cold and floppy as well.
I am local to the area. Went thru the drive thru at 10:00 pm on 8-10-24. Ordered a number 1 with no cheese. Of course it had cheese on it. It had so much mayo, ketchup and mustard on it that it was a sopping mess. The French fries were old and the whole meal was thrown in the garbage. This is the third and last time in recent weeks that the food was so bad we through it out. We are done with this Wendy’s location. The managers and crew should be fired. Start over. DO NOT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY!!!
Always check your orders here. We used to frequent this location because we lived near it and it never failed that something would be left out. We visited recently (10/18 evening) and they left out a two large items and they are very unbothered by that. With that in mind, it is the average you get anywhere now.
I come here often when i get off break from my job, it is the closet wendy’s to me and ive always enjoyed but this wendys is something else and not in a good way. I came in a couple days ago and order a 10ct nugget meal with a medium coke and the food overall was good, but when i was sitting down waiting for my food and this lady, what i assume is the manager yelling foul things and scolding her employees, it was during a rush and everyone looked extremely stressed and were trying to get things out as quickly as then can but in nice terms, she was up there butts about every little thing. The things that didn’t seem like they mattered until after the rush. I hope they are being treated well besides that but i am not longer coming to this wendy’s because it was very disturbing and uncomfortable to hear while waiting for your food.
