Breakfast was wonderful. I didn’t get a chance to take a picture. I had a chicken croissant sandwich with cheese and my husband had the biscuit sausage and we added bacon sandwich for breakfast, cinnamon Cinnabon bonbons, The lemonade was delicious as well.
Probably one of our worse trips to this Wendy's. Changed the seating area, now you get a whole different feel/vibe, not very welcoming by any means. The area to get drink lids was very dirty, sticky, ick. The staff member that helped us wasn't all that friendly, I realize it's a fast food place but you chose to work there at least greet people with a smile no matter how difficult it may be for you. I had Dave's single and I got an extra with it....yep that's part of a piece of bacon.
My ticket was held up for some reason. Two couples came behind me, ordered and got their food quickly. I had to ask counter guy what the problem was. HE checked found that my $7 meal burger was left sitting somewhere. He gave it to me, I touched the paper lightly. It was cold. Counter guy shouted to cooks to redo my order quickly. Total time inside Wendy's approx 30 minutes. BTW there were 2 guys cooking that day.
These incredible human beings put the “fast” in “fast food.” Unbelievable how consistently quick and efficient the drive thru service is. Literally every time I go through, I’ve barely finished paying, roll up to the second window and they’re handing me my drink and meal. I’ve never experienced such speed in a drive thru anywhere else. And it’s this Wendy’s, the one by the Home Depot in Spokane Valley, WA that should write the manual on drive thru efficiency. Blows my mind! Great job!
Initially, I tried to order through the app and you cannot get large of any lemonade flavored drink. (Im assuming tech/app issues) So I ended up just going to the drive through and ordering breakfast there. I asked for a large number one meal with a strawberry lemonade. I got a small side, and the lemonade tasted as if they drifted a strawberry over the drink. They also told me the straw was in the bag and no surprise to me, it was not there. I realize I could've gone to get this fixed but I also don't want to deal with going back in when I'm on a time crunch. This specific wendys has constantly forgotten things or had low quality compared to other locations.
Love their hamburgers and Frostys. Right now they have a mixed berry that is so yummy. But my all-time favorite was Birthday Cake flavor when they were celebrating their birthday a few years ago. Would love if they brought that back.
Stopped by here after I picked up my daughter and better half from the airport. We ordered the of the Biggie 5 meal. This appears to have replaced the 4 for $4 meal. The food was provided quickly and on point. This meal is a good size for me. No complaints.
The meat on the Baconator was absolutely disgusting and beyond too much condiments. I love Wendy's, but this was the worst experience I've ever had at a Wendy's. Never going to that location again.
