I used to go to this Wendy’s all the time because it was one of my favorites, they never got my order wrong and always showed me respect…well I pull into the drive thru today and I get a large baconator combo but I forgot to tell them no mayo. Yes I understand it was my fault for not saying it and I understand the little bit of inconvenience that comes with me asking at the window but what am I supposed to do? So I asked this tall blonde dude who was for some reason wearing shades indoors if I can get no mayo and he proceeds to at like a 12 year old talking about, “well it’s already made”. It’s already made but I didn’t pay for it so I could’ve just left and made it all for nothing but I decided to have a little patience and just stared at him in a way that showed how he was acting and after that he remade my burger. Then ig he decided to throw a mountain of ketchup on it I guess cause he doesn’t like me or something. Best part about the whole thing was there was a manager behind him the whole time not doing anything and when I looked at him he acted like I wasn’t there!????
I ordered door dash from this location. It was 2 orders of spicy chicken nuggets and a large fry. Apparently they were out of spicy nuggets that night and decided to make the executive decision to replace them with normal nuggets.
After talking to door dash about getting the order replace I decided to follow through and make sure Wendy’s got it right. At that point I was informed of the lack of spicy nuggets and that it was not their responsibility to inform door dash or me that they did not have that product.
Oh and the fries were ice cold and undercooked.
Don’t bother with this location. They consistently get orders wrong and just make excuses.
Just left this place and waited to have my order taken. No workers asked if I needed anything. One was working the fries and once done she was sitting against the fryer. Drive thru guy seen me but never said anything to another worker to help me order. The girl on the fryer started conversation with another employee when both employees seen me. One guy walked from the back after he seen me standing there for 5 mins+ on his phone and never asked me if I needed anything. Never got a chance to order and the workers seemed like the customers only matter when it matters on their time. 7 workers in the front and no one asked to help. This isn’t the first time the service here has been extremely slow and terrible.
I used to come to this location all the time. Haven’t been in awhile. First, it took forever to get waited on even though my son and I were the only ones waiting. The woman who waited on us was not friendly at all and not seemingly someone who should be involved in customer service at all. We went for breakfast. She put the hot potatoes on the tray while waiting for everything else to be cooked so when we got our food they were already cold. My breakfast burrito was nothing special. My son had egg shell in his sandwich. I don’t think I’ll be back here. As I published this review an unhappy customer came in and was ignored. Once someone paid attention to him, the woman claimed she only works the drive thru and continued arguing with the man instead of being helpful. Yeah done with this location.
Every time I have ordered the cold brew coffee here, there is a mistake . I had to tell the cashier 3 times what I wanted and it still came out wrong. On top of that we ordered Frosties for the kids, and no spoons were given out. We were not even asked if we needed spoons. When I worked at Wendy's that was a given. No lids, napkins or straws by the pop station.
Ordered a single combo meal in the drive thru; drove 4 minutes back to my office and discovered a spicy chicken sandwich and cold fries in my bag. Now I'm hungry and cranky. ????
Every single employee I counted 5 all on there phones doing NOTHING the whole time I’m in the drive thru , I asked for my food to be cooked fresh . And there was nothing “fresh “ about the food I received . I asked for a refund and they refused .

Happen to be in the area and wanted to try this Wendy’s. First off, crew was very accommodating and friendly. The Manager or whoever that guy in the front, treats His crew with respect and not bossy at all (just an observation) They were happy to accept the coupon that we used. The Food! The Food is noticeably better than other Wendy’s we’ve been in the past. The Burgers are well put together and not greasy at all. Tasted very Fresh! The Fries is also perfect! Not soggy, not salty, not hard and with no stale or rancid oil tasting to it. Me and my Husband devoured our large fries and enjoyed every piece of it. This Wendy’s is so far the Best one’s we’ve been so far and the next time we are in the area, I will sure stop by again.
