I haven’t had Wendy’s for over 5-6 years. I did a mobile order for dine in and it took awhile to get the food. I think it was only one guy working and it was really slow. All of the pictures on here are uploaded by the owner and not customers. It’s their way of clogging the photo feed with professional photos because the actual food looks nothing like that. The portions are way smaller than they were a few years ago. My burger was a little bit bigger than a slider. It looked like a kids meal. I probably won’t ever eat there again.
The employees were helpful and pleasant, the food was prepared promptly, and the restaurant and bathrooms were clean, but my strawberry chicken salad needed improvement. It had a generous portion of fresh grilled chicken, but it was skimpy in salad greens and the few strawberries that were included were not fresh. My husband ordered the apple pecan chicken salad, which also came close to being very good, but it was also skimpy on the greens. Overall, the new salads taste good and they are a much healthier option on the menu than many other things, but they are definitely more expensive and should be a bit more generous for the prices charged.
Worker sucks couldn’t even take other peoples orders in drive thru without cancelling mine, then they don’t give me the right food and she cuts me off when I have to go back through the drive thru because they have all their lobby doors locked and their phone doesn’t even ring. This is the worst Wendy’s actually fast food place in fresno
Half the time I come here I never even get to order. Like tonight me and 4 other cars were sitting in line for 20 minutes and we all left because nobody was taking the order for the person at the speaker. It’s always dirty here, and the workers aren’t very friendly either. I used to work fast food it’s not this hard to serve people food, my wife and I went to McDonald’s instead
Really disappointed in the service and food at this location. Takes a very long time to get the food and the food is cold by the time it arrives, the lettuce and tomatoes are mush and disgusting. I've gone the last 3 times hoping it would be better each time, but it's been the same crap. We will not be going to Wendy's anymore. You really need to improve the service and quit catering to the mobile app and doordash users Those who dine in or come through the drive thru, are basically forgotten. Really sad, used to love this place!
Placed order through the Wendy's app. Picked up order through drive-thru. They parked me because they were waiting for patties. I only ordered two burgers. I waited over 10min for my order while 6 cars went through the drive-thru during my wait and none of them were parked. I find it hard to believe that none of those 6 cars after me, who received thier orders, did not order a burger. It was only when the drive-thru was empty did I receive my order. My frosty was partially melted, I was missing a nugget from my 6pc, nuggets were cold, lid wasn't sealed and leaked all over the bag, fries were cold and stale, the burgers which I was allegedly waiting for were not hot and fresh. They were luke warm. The entire order was evidently sitting on the counter in the drive-thru. The kid with blonde tips was childish and unprofessional. I did not bother asking for a manager, if the manager hired and employs a unprofessional adolescent like that, then the manager will be unable to rectify the situation. I will not be returning to this location.
This is my first time here and its been horrible so far. The place is dirty, there’s a partially bitten patty on the floor as soon as you enter. We stood at the cash register for a good 15 minutes waiting to be attended. And the only reason they came to attend us is because a customer in back of us yelled “ hey is anybody working here?” If the guy behind us hadn’t done that who knows how long they would have taken. We were about to just leave and go somewhere else. The workers are focusing solely on the customers ordering from the drive thru. I saw that “wendys owner” said they were going to have someone come look into this place and fix things and that was 2 months ago! Doesn’t look like this place had changed judging from the review that the person left. The food is okay. The nuggets are good, the chicken patty is a little hard, and the fries are stale and taste old. I don’t like the fries they are very salty and cold. LASTLY! There was some raw fries! Wendy’s needs to fix this ASAP
If I thought the door was closed, I went through the drive-thru, but I didn't do anything wrong. I should have placed the order because the do-test would have received the order, or else they would have told me the time that it closes at this time. I should not go through the drive-thru next time. Very bad store bad attitude did not order me
