I really don't like leaving bad reviews or escalating situations but was mistreated terribly here. Came to dine in and Lynn had took my order.. ordered a 6 piece nugget and a large fry and had received a large cup instead... after letting her know that wasn't my order she snatched the cup out of my hands and proceeded to blame me and screamed at me. She ended up giving me basically nothing in my fry cup, I told her I could pay the remainder and kept screaming at me and blaming me. This situation made me feel uncomfortable to come back to this location. I also work in fast food as well and I understand there can be mess ups but this was outrageous the way I was treated and kicked out as well over a large fry.. Had to go out my way to contact corporate because of how bad I was treated. This felt like a bully situation honestly. :(
So frustrated. I ordered online. Baked potatoes, fries etc on a cold night. Pulled through the drive thru and they're telling me to pull up to the window. Turns out it'll take 1 hr for the baked potatoes. 1.) It's dinner time (6:20) so have some damn baked potatoes, and if you run low, bake more--this used to be common sense. 2.) They don't have the ability to refund you AT ALL at this store. Which is why I will never be back. I got to pull away after they charged my card with Cassandra's assurances of "oh, if you call tomorrow we can refund you." Sorry, I work tomorrow and calling you at 1pm is not okay. Not a solution.
3) Wendys should not allow you to put through any order if you're out of an item. Even McDonalds has figured this out (shake machines are down but at least they're transparent about it and it won't allow you to order it).
Feels very sketchy in this day and age driving away empty handed after you have my money. Customer service (phone and email) aren't available after like 5pm PST. So not helpful.
Do better Wendys.
Wendy's has always been a "go-to" for my daughter and I. The drive-through was a bit longer of a line than I wanted to wait in, so we decided to "dine in." I'm sure one could imagine the surprise to find the door locked. Another customer let us in and mentioned the other door was locked, as well.
When placing our order, i asked, "Why?" The young man said they didn't have enough help, and that's why they were locked. I'm not trying to be petty, but I counted at least six employees behind the counter. We've come into this store several times, always great service always clean and friendly always good food. Never a locked door during business hours. Kind of disappointing.
They got my order wrong, offered to fix it, and got it wrong again. At least they were polite about it. And the food I got both times was tasty, even though it wasn't correct. After the second attempt I just gave up.
Hello fellow food lovers, I would highly recommend staying away from this Wendy's unless you want to be yelled at and threatened, like I was, by their assistant manager. I am currently consulting lawyers about a potential lawsuit. I'll keep you posted.
I love the biggie bags it's a great deal and OMG they have the most virus Frosty right now salted caramel I very much recommend you try this.
Good food and happy employees. Watched the employees joke and smiled while they worked. That's always good to see...
I would like to say, I’ve gotten food from them before, and usually do good. But this order I made today was the worst one I’ve seen from them. I ordered through the app, only to be left sitting for nearly 40 minutes waiting for the DoorDash driver just to leave the store, then after sitting watching him go to nearly every place that wasn’t my street, he finally pulled in. Blamed the Wendy’s for its customer service, and promptly said “sorry not sorry” for my order. Needless to say I was appalled. Now while I like to give everyone the benefit of the doubt (we’re all humans and we’re prone to mistakes) this just ruined my experience. I was hungry, tired and had a terrible day. Anyways I took the food inside, hungry as ever. Putting it down I opened it to find that I was missing a cookie and drink, and that my jr cheeseburger still had its onions when I put no onion and they never added bacon. The food was bland and cold and it made me sad to see. The only thing I could give the order props for is that they didn’t screw up my jr bacon cheeseburger. And the Rick and Morty drinks that I bought, that I didn’t even gain the third drink that I should have reserved. This has made me now way to worried about using your app to order, as it seems you are prone to errors.
I know we all make mistakes but having my order be wrong and be an hour late, left cold and wrong is a pretty big one y’all.
