I AM MAKING A HUGE COMPLIMENT!
I AM A DASHER!
I was picking up food and I brought my service animal and this rude ass worker saying he owns Wendy's lol anyways started to give me a bitchy attitude! And complaining about my job how I'm not allowed to do this and that for doordash lol and he was saying do I bring my animal everywhere lol and my service animal.... He said I'm not allowed to bring him anymore.... So he was acting all show off saying bad stuff like I don't know what I'm doing... He complains about it his allergies I'm like dude? Where's your bracelet? To warn people you have allergies and how I suppose to hell know you have allergies!???? He could been nicer instead being an ass !so I walked away to not deal with this he keeps saying wow just walk away ! I don't deal with Karen's! So I already complained to the Wendy's actual company! And they fealt bad what I went through the guy said he didn't yell lol ahh.... I got a witness so
Thank you to Wendy's on South Washington, and especially Remy at the drive-through window. Remy is always courteous, and competent, and does it with a smile! Remy is a Great Asset to the pleasant staff at this local Wendy's. Good Job!
Pleasant atmosphere,could have had more workers at the time I visited at noon hour, workers were friendly,plenty of parking and handicapped parking available for customers.overall,good experience for a fast food restaurant.
Food NEVER disappoints..especially the breakfast. So SOOO good. I always order from the App and either stop inside or go thru drive thru. You get points towards free food, and they always have rewards for you.
I don't normally review fast food places, but tonight Wendy's went above and beyond in service recovery. I came in for supper, ordered up their harvest salad. A while after I ordered and paid the front counter member waved me over. They didn't have the harvest salad. He was very apologetic. Offered up any other salad. I was good with the change, all their salads are excellent. I picked the apple one and he offered up a shake for my inconvenience... I'm trying to eat slightly more healthy. He was very insistent that I get something so I went with a small fry. He was happy to get me a large fry and offered to bring my meal out to me. I get the salad and it is HUGE! Tastes great. Couldn't be happier. Thanks for the above and beyond in a "speed over service" type of dining experience.
They got rid of the pretzel bacon pub sandwich so sadly I’ll never be going back. Also, surge pricing is ridiculous. They’re already pretty expensive compared to other fast food places.
Now I've used Wendy's in different locations and never had this problem. I ordered a double bourbon cheese burger online. I picked up my order in the drive thru and when I got home and opened the package it was just 2 patties with the cheese and crunchy onions, no buns. No one said to me that they ran out of bread or any thing. I'm thinking a cheeseburger costing $9.99 should include the bread. FYI: they advertise this with bacon but not even the flavor of bacon you can taste ????
First time eating here! The cheeseburger was outstanding! I definitely would come back here.
