The food is okay but often drive thru is slow. Drive thru employees often rude (only one was nice). Went there two times with mobile order for drive thru and was told to come inside both times with no explanation. First time, went in to find nothing ready and employees standing around. Second time, asked them why we had to go in when it’s a drive thru order and they said “never mind just go to the window” rudely with no reasoning. There was no one behind us. Had no cup carriers. Always something missing in the food - I would go to different location if you can
We ordered a$7 Biggie bag with double bacon cheeseburger & upsized to get large Dr Pepper. Also ordered a separate jr bacon cheeseburger. NONE of the food was hot. Called to complain. Twice I was put in hold & then finally disconnected. No excuse for poor food quality & hang up. They did offer to remake meal but we’re on our way out of town. I wasn’t going To waste time coming back to get a meal we should have gotten in the first place.
Question since any size drink is $1 & e specifically asked if we could upsize the drink. We were surprised we were charged more. We didn’t ask for large fries.
And amazingly. NO receipt!!
If you want a TOTALLY unexpected blast of yummy goodness in your mouth,,try the wing-style chicken ????nugget flavors... Best thing you could ever get at a fast food place! Wings COULD NOT even come close to topping them..... ANYWHERE!! employees are always chill also.... on point!
Ordered DoorDash from here and only received 3 of 5 items orders. Also did not receive any sauces or requested condiments. I wouldn’t have ordered at all if I knew I knew I would only get half the meal I paid for.
Absolutely horrible experience today. Went on my lunch break and was getting food for myself and 2 others, ordered there was someone working on what appeared to be the register at the first window so payment and food was exchanged at 2nd window. When i got to the window i was given the drinks and I gave my debit card for payment. I could see the woman was having some type of issue with the card reader, 2 other employees came over and I heard one say just jam it in. Finally she apologized and said they were having trouble running cards. At this time there was a huge line behind me, people leaving and people obviously annoyed behind me. After 10 minutes she asked if I had cash which I did not, then she gave me my card back and she disappeared along with 3 other employees one was even laughing. After 30 minutes I asked if they wanted me to move so they could see if any other customers had cash to pay for their orders that were already prepared. She asked me "what about your food?" I said idk what about it and she said well you got free soda out of it. Absolute waste of time and extremely unprofessional. It seemed they were servicing customers fine at the counter so I'm not sure why they didn't run my payment there, but very poor customer service.
This is the busiest Wendy’s location I have ever been. However, the team does a great job in keeping things moving to ensure a short wait. Everything is fresh and the place is clean.
Only my kids eat Wendy's and they say it's delicious. We've only ever been through the drive thru so I can't tell you if it's clean inside or not
Went for a quick run on a Saturday night at 7:30. That's usually when everybody is tired from the dinner rush. The employees who took my order and payment were extremely cheerful and helpful.. Even when I added on another frosty. Recommend this restaurant over any other in the area.
