Everything in there is nice and so is the customer service. But when I saw someone working there handling my food with no gloves on and also scratching his back and still handling my food it absolutely grossed me out. I couldn’t bring myself to eat the chili cheese fries that I had ordered because of this. (Not recommended if you get food)
Well-staffed with friendly crew members, I had such a positive experience while stopping here on a recent trip to Akron that I stopped here again on my way home two days later. The $5 Biggie Bag with a Junior Bacon Cheeseburger is go-to great value order at Wendy’s.
Got the new pineapple Frosty $2.69 for this tiny little cup. It's just some pineapple juice inside the frosty. It's okay I guess.
Ordered 3 meals 1 minute before closing. Everything was hot, plentiful, and good. The lady at the window, who I believe was the manager on duty, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We were very happy with our meals and extremely happy that we didn't get the "sorry we're closed" statement when we pulled up to the microphone to order!
Hands down, probably the best Wendy's I've visited. Of course, let's get this out of the way. The food is overpriced! Now the reason for the 5 stars. I'm coming back from Kentucky, family in tow. I just want to feed the tribe and get back on the road. The dude behind the counter was patient with the kids and their orders and even let me fill up my non-Wendy's with ice. ICE! I've been on many road trips, and one thing I've found is that places are stingy with their ice. Thank you to that gentleman for the ice. Another plus was the clean bathrooms that didn't require me to ask to be unlocked by a button behind the counter.
The food is fine, every drink I ever order from here is gross. They all taste watered down and over carbonated. Once I ordered a Sprite zero orange. Get to pay window they tell me they don't have that in orange.. ok whatever, so I say just give me a regular sprite zero. Pull to next window they hand me an orange soda. I asked what it was they told me Fanta(?) I asked if it was sugar free they said no... Make it make sense.
Burgers where but the fries had a odd rate to them this time but service was quick
There was a friendly face waiting to take the food order.
