The service is horrible im getting tied of Wendy's always trying to park everyone and have people waiting 30 to 45 min. It's sad if I was driving i would've never left the window. I ordered before 3 cars and they got there food before me. Plus I was missing so much but the young man was understanding to bring everything back out
Well, my issues with this. I paid for a large chili and received a large cup half filled with chili (see added photo).
This truly annoyed me. This Wendy's is a true demonstration in shrink economics. Pay more and get less.
Next my 2pc bacon was one bacon slice cut in half. Don't get me wrong a slice of bacon at $1.10 is reasonable for fast food, however call it what it is. One Slice..
They young lady serving me, was upbeat and polite, even when she called me a picky eater. My response, I have food allergies that dictate what I eat. The only reason I mention this is because why should I have to justify what I want at a restaurant?
Had the #1 cheeseburger meal. Their cheeseburgers are one of the best. I also love, love, love their chicken nuggets! I stop here a lot on my way home from work. Get a large natural lemonade it is awesome! Drive thru people are always kind & courteous.
Dirty restaurant, dirty windows, empty hand sanitizer dispenser outside the restroom, empty ketchup dispenser in the lobby. It's not busy, the men's restroom is off limits w a handwritten note. Shifty employees, no one is checking this store
Drive-thru. Wrong order for burger, had cheese on it. Second order, they left off other ingredients, and it was clear that they deliberately slapped my burger together in a sloppy way.
Love wendys in general. This particular location needs a true revamp and training. Expect around 5-10min waits at the drive thru window (even if you are the only one). Always check your orders before leaving as it's usually off. Customer service is very low. The workers are nice, just no sense of "fast".
Service was friendly, food hot but pretty sure the chicken was held /precooked, not cooked to order.
Dine in area was not clean. Every table was dirty/greasy/sticky. Some still had trash from previous diners. Drink area was especially bad, and the coke freestyle machine was very dirty. My plain coke tasted odd and fruity, lines probably need cleaned as well.
I stop in to this location often and usually every visit Sariyah always works very hard!!!!!! Every order is always fresh and accurate!!!!! It's amazing to see there are some hard working young people left in this world!!!!!! If customers could vote for an employee of the year!!!!!!!!! She would get my vote with no hesitation!!!!!!!! Keep up the great work Sariyah!!!!!!!!!¡!!!!!!!!!
