First got charged a Single when asked for a Double and then said No Tomato and got Tomato, like come on, I was the only person in line at the time. Cashier was nice but i had to repeat my order and it was still wrong.
I visited this Wendy’s today around 2:30. The drive through service was great as well as the cashier who completed my order. The rating I’m giving is on the food preparation. It was absolutely horrible. The order was all wrong and the food preparation was sloppy!! This used to be the only Wendy’s in our area until the one on Newport came and I’ve never had any issues. But after today’s visit I will not be returning. Please try to do better for the community and traveling people who pass threw off the freeway.
First visit and impression. Good food, good service and a nice atmosphere. But their soda machine was pretty much out of everything and it was barely noon. The parking is pretty tight, with the drive thru lane positioned in front of the entrance and limited parking spaces. With a one way entrance, drive thru lane and someone trying to back out of their parking spot at a peak time.. Yeah it's pretty tough. Other than that, give it a go! Four stars here.
My wife ordered the food online. It said it was ready for pick up. I arrived and waited 15 minutes cause they said they didn’t have any chicken nuggets ready. And lo and behold they forgot to give us the drinks and I had to go back. I’m not surprised this. Wendy’s is awful, but it’s the closest one.
Ate here Thursday night 12/19 and the food was questionable. Been dealing with food poisoning for 3 days. Cashier was nice. Would not recommend this location.
I tried to use my Wendy's App to get $2.00 off any premium combos. Unfortunately, there's no wifi available to get my cellphone to process a code. Therefore, I paid $13.15 for the combo. The fries looked old and not fresh. The Famous Daves double cheeseburger was just okay. It was definitely not worth the price.
The first time I ate here, I had no issues but... today I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, for my cheat might I add, and not only was the chicken thick, rubbery/chewy and had a wet and soft "crispy" crust, but I even questioned if it was real chicken? Worst $9 I've spent recently ???? and I'm on a budget. Come on Wendy's. The clerk wasn't that friendly either. Big bummer, because this is my familie's neighborhood Wendy's.
I'll give them 2 stars only because the cashier was nice. the krabby patty meal commercials had me curious and in general I've been a wendys fan, but the food was mediocre at best, gone way down hill. not going back. ever
