Absolutely disgusting service. I purchased a salad for lunch and when I sat down to eat it the lettuce was so slimy and brown looking there is no way this wasn’t noticed when preparing it I called and the manager was very short with me and hung up so I drove back to the restaurant to get my money back and the red haired lady I was told was the General Manager was the one who answered the phone you could tell by her nasty attitude she rolled her eyes at me and tossed my money on the counter and walked away no trying to make this right she is a very poor example of what I thought Wendy’s represented
I’m here on Sunday 10/13/24 at 8:06pm and while my friends and I were ordering there was an employee that I’m assuming is a manger of some kind was extremely rude not only to the customers but to her employees and that’s not acceptable and ruined the atmosphere. Definitely needs an upgrade in the management department. Otherwise the food was good.
Emily will forget half of your order then when you drive 20 minutes back up there to get the food they forgot, with receipt in hand, she will tell you that she remembers putting your food in the bag and that you’re a liar, that you aren’t getting your food or your money back. Would not recommend this place for someone else to get robbed like I did.
stopped in for a quick breakfast on our way out of town. Food was up to par, the Coca-Cola machine was working, service was fast and friendly and the inside was very very clean. No complaints and everything hit the mark
Doordash and mobile order only even though it says the drive-thrus open till 12:00. Never had that happen no explanation so no good review I guess. Hilariously I'm updating this cuz this is the third time I tried to go to this Wendy's after getting off work and they are doordash only. Insanity.
Went through the drive thru both our jbc had had tomatoes and mayo we ordered without and our Cinnabon pull apart was either old and hard or just not cooked all the way. The whole order was bad
Really disappointed. Ordered a #4 with an egg and cheese on 7/31 on my way to work. Get to work, no egg and cheese on the sandwich. Come back and talk to the manager at the drive thru window on 8/2. She proceeds to hassle me because I don't have my receipt (I have my card I used to make the transaction, should that not be sufficient to check my order like at every other modern store?). She says, "well I was here Wednesday." And I'm confused what that really has to do with anything? Lol did you make my sandwich and can confirm you out it on there? It was really strange.
No, I didn't have time to call and let you know - I'm starting a new job and have training, I didn't have time to call, typically I do, because this place forgets items on sandwiches or forgets food, often.
I get it, anyone can walk up and say they didn't get something, right? But can we make a solid judgment call? I was going to reorder the same meal, and just requested the egg and cheese to be complementary - that's not asking for much.
totally screwed our order up. forgot the frosty, had to go back in for it. when we got home we realized they completely forgot our biggie bag. you would think for 43.00 they would get it right. also forgot all the sauces for the kids meals.
