I placed my order at the drive-through. I ordered a medium Baconator Combo. They gave me a double burger combo instead. I live a few miles away, so I called the restaurant as soon as I saw the order mixup. The phone rang 22x, and no one answered! This is so unacceptable! After working 12 hours, now I have to go to bed hungry!!!
This was hands down the freshest fast food I've had in years. Not only the freshest fast food but the freshest Wendy's. Crisp lettuce, fresh burger, good bun, and the fries were almost too hot to eat.
I thought 17 dollars was to much for 10 piece nuggets and a large drink no fries. I know there has to be a mistake but I didn't even get a receipt or napkins so without a receipt they said they couldn't do anything about it I wonder how often that happens. I just want visit that one again and I will make sure I get a receipt and yes I asked. I was in a hurry and didn't check
Baked potato was sloppy and baconator fries had hair in them.
This Wendy's location is the cleanest one I've visited. The staff was friendly and greeted us immediately upon entering. Keep up the good work! I hope other locations can emulate your cleanliness practices.Kudos to all the staffs!
was very disrespectful to my sister ordering. car wasn’t pulled up all the way to the speaker and was rushing her to order being smart . it was the young lady taking orders june 15th at 2:50pm. Gee on the other hand was very respectful at the window , and sweet !
Can't go wrong with Wendy's vanilla frosty and French fries dipped in! Delicious
Not the best neighborhood, however, staff was sufficient in customer service approach and the order was correct. I'm not sure if the chicken patty was cooked too long, but it had the consistency of jerky for a few bites.
