I ordered a breakfast burrito (1:45am) and after 5 minutes waiting the cashier told me that they can’t serve breakfast until 3am so I asked for my money back and she told me that she can’t do it because the manager wasn’t there another 5 minutes passed and manager showed up saying she’s on lunch that I have to wait. I told them that sorry but I was on clock so I can’t wait so they ended up with my money and also I have no way to prove it cause they didn’t even give me a receipt. I won’t recommend it to go there cause they will steal your money
This Wendy's is located in a truck stop. They had speedy service even though they had a long line of people trying to order. The food was made nice and neat. Be prepared to wait in line a little bit because this is a travel center so travelers from everywhere stop here for fuel,shower and a warm burger.
What a joke this location is. Never in my life have I had a restaurant straight up discourage me in multiple ways from ordering... Went through the drive-through and they said they are only taking orders inside, that seemed ridiculous to me, but fair enough. Went inside and instead of just taking my order, they pointed me over to a touchscreen thing which I didn’t feel like dealing with. Clearly the last thing they want to do is make it convenient for me to order something so I just walked out. No wonder this is a failed restaurant chain. Too bad because the food is sometimes decent and they have more options than average
What a scam! The spongbob meal looks nothing as advertised! And it cost $13 ! False advertising not even the box or wrapper is the same. See pic!
Extremely poor customer service all the way to the top of franchise operator. I contacted customer service because of a poor experience I had which they apologized and issued a refund process to the franchise operator. They told me the operator would be in contact with me and instead I didn't hear from them. I had to contact Wendys again who reissued the refund process for the franchise to complete and instead they denied it, tried to lie in an email that I took "several days" to ask for a refund (I didn't I contacted them the next day) and said they would only refund me for the missing food item (items because there were several) and not the poor food quality.

I got a Cobb salad. It looked good until I got to the bottom of the salad and it was slimy I didn't eat the rest of the salad. The next day I had to number two about 10 times and it was pure liquid.
Cashier Aaron refused to sell me food. He told me I had to use the kiosk because I didn't have cash.. this is totally poor customer service and the manager needs to be replaced...
