My son enjoys wendys and I prefer having a salad or something when I come here but every single time I come here they are out of salads. Once or twice I can see.. but every single time? They also ALWAYS have you pull up when you go through the drive through even if no one is behind you. I'm assuming they are trying to improve their ticket times but it is an inconvenience to the customers.
Surprisingly, with all the bad reviews, I had a good experience here today. The drive-thru was fast,my order was made right, and food was hot. You really can't beat the Biggie Bag for $5.
Sorry, but this places has gone south since the reset of the remodel. Food is almost never right, service is a roller-coaster, and do they ever check mobile orders? I'm always having to wait 10 15 Mins when I arrive to my order to be prepared. Isn't the whole purpose of mobile order is for efficiency?

Stopped in for a quit bite to eat on our road trip. The food was hot and fresh. Every one was nice and friendly. Restaurant was super clean, relaxed atmosphere and restrooms were super clean the a plus. Thanks for great customer service !
Stopped here with my son after school. As soon as you walk in, you are met with amazing family-friendly music. A far cry from the garbage other establishments are pumping into our children's ear. The manager took my order and was extremely professional and helpful with my order (carnivore diet). The food was amazing and came out very quickly.
The dining area was extremely clean and organized.
They definitely set the bar high for surrounding establishments to meet.
I enjoy some of the employees but you one that that just needs to retire are look for another job where she might be happier.We all have good and bad days! And we all have feelings so kindness shown to anyone is a badge of honor.
Wendy's alone has gone downhill I have been to at least three different locations, they obviously need to change where they are getting their eggs from. Because at every location when I looked at the egg the yolk was green like mold and had a really bad taste. Is there burgers are okay, but Wendy's needs to stop making breakfast. Food is not what it used to be there
Today 11/5/23 the lady who’s there this morning she need to change her way to handle things. If she don’t like her job she should look for another one. I make it clear, Are other people who work there that are super nice, that’s why I give 2 stars.
If they have problem with door dash they should don’t do business with them.
